In Matthew 21:15 & 16 the Bible says when the
high priest saw the wonders that Jesus was performing in the temple and they saw
little children crying Hosanna they were angry. Now tonight I know some people
are already wondering why do we sing so much? Tonight is the night for children
and Jesus Christ said out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast
perfected praise. Only children should praise God tonight. The elders will just
have to tolerate that so if you are a child of the most high Let me hear you
shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
Anytime I feel like a child there’s a song I like
to sing… Satan com out for road o. I dey carry Holy Ghost. I no get brake o, I

Thank you! I know you know the first verse but you
don’t know the rest. If I feel a little ache or pain in the body, I sing,
Sickness com out for road o, I dey carry Holy Ghost. I no get brake o, I go jam
you you go die! … All of a sudden I find that certain things are getting a bit
difficult for me to handle. When I expect to succeed quickly and I find that
things are dragging. I will sing. Failure, com out for road o, I dey carry Holy
Ghost, I no get brake o, I go jam you you go die! … And any time I just get
angry with the devil and all his demons then I sing…demons com out for road o, I
dey carry Holy Ghost, I no get brake o, I go jam you, you go die… So now we are
going to sing all four – Satan com out for road, sickness com out for road,
demons com out for road, failure com out for road, I dey carry Holy Ghost, , I
no get brake o, I go jam you you go die!
… how many am I talking to tonight? Satan com out for road o. I dey carry
Holy Ghost. I no get brake o, I go jam you, you go die! …. Amen!
That’s right now …. the musical can we just lower
it a little.. the musical seems to be drowning our…you are to support us not
drown us out…
Beginning from today, when you wake up in the
morning, you don’t feel right or you feel as if the enemy is trying to press you
down. Be a child! Get up and say, Satan com out for road o. I dey carry Holy
Ghost. I no get brake o, I go jam you, you go die…. So when you apply for that
contract and the people there begin to dribble you, be like a child, Failure com
out for road o. I dey carry Holy Ghost. I no get brake o, I go jam you, you go
die! …. When anybody from your father’s house or your mother’s house tell you
that you are not going to succeed, be like a child, tell them - enemy com out
for road o. I dey carry Holy Ghost. I no get brake o, I go jam you, you go die….

Let’s go before our Lord, the One who can do all
things, the One who has given us these children, there are hundreds of thousands
of them here tonight. I just praise Him… You are worthy O Lord…. Angels are
singing… You are worthy O Lord!….. You are worthy Lord!…Let’s just go ahead and
worship the Almighty God, let’s bless Him, let’s magnify His Holy Name. He’s
worthy to be praised! He’s worthy to be adored! Praise Him! Praise Him! Praise

Father we just want to bless Your Name, what else
can we ask for? We know Lord that our prayers will be answered tonight. We give
You glory Lord! We thank You in advance Father! We bless Your Holy Name Lord!
Accept our thanks in Jesus name (Amen!) Tonight take all glory. Just take all
glory! Thank You Father! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!) Let

Mark 10:13-16
13 And they brought young children to
him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought
them.
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much
displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and
forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever
shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter
therein.
16 And he took them up in his arms,
put his hands upon them, and blessed them.
God is going to bless someone here tonight. The
Bible says certain parents brought their children to Jesus Christ and of course
you know where children are there will be noise so the disciples said, “Take
them away, take them away!’ “We brought them so that Jesus may touch them and
pray for them sir.” ‘No, no no, children are not wanted here! Go away! Go away!”
And on one of those rare occasions we saw Jesus angry. “Why are you driving
children away from me. Suffer them to come! Forbid them not! For of theirs is
the Kingdom of
God.” Who are the people
who can come to God? Who are the people? (Children!)
The people who can come to Jesus Christ are those
who are younger than the mountains. If you are older than the mountains you
cannot come because Psalm 90:1&2 says, talking about our God, it says from
everlasting to everlasting thou art God. Before the mountains were brought forth
You were God. So if you are younger than the mountains you are welcome?
Who are those who can come to Jesus? Those who are
younger than the Ancient of Days. Because according to Daniel 7:9 our God is
called the Ancient of Days. So if you are younger than the Ancient of Days you
are one of the little children He said should come. How old are you anyway?
Probably the oldest person here today is a hundred years old. If I say all those
who are above hundred to shout Alleluia! Now everything will be silent. And the
Bible says 1,000 years in the presence of our God is like one hour so if you are
100 years old, as far as God is concerned, you are only 6 minutes old! And if
you are 6 minutes old then you must be a brand new born baby. So I want all
little children here tonight to shout Alleluia! (Alleluia!)
He said suffer little children to come unto me.
Who are the little children? Those who are younger than the Alpha because there
is someone who is called the Alpha and the Omega. Revelation 1:8. The Alpha is
the One who was before nothing else was. You know when I was a younger Christian
and I come across those who call themselves herbalists and they say they want to
chant incantations and they want to say that at one time Sango came from
somewhere, Ogun came from another, my own biggest incantation is: in the
beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was with God and
the Name of that Word is Jesus! Let me hear somebody shout that name! So if you
are younger than the Alpha you are welcome.
So what God is saying when He said let the little
children come unto me is exactly what He said in Matthew 18:4 He’s talking about
the humble ones. If you will humble yourself as a little child you are welcome
into the Kingdom.
Come to Who? He said, “Let the little ones come to
me!” The Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, the One who is, the One
who was the One who is to come! The One who made the heavens and the earth, the
help of the helpless.
David said in Psalm 121:1 & 2, he said I will
lift my eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help, my help cometh from the
Lord who made heaven and earth. You know yourself that the most helpless of all
people are the little children. I always look at them when they are just born
that they can’t even tell you what is wrong with them. When they are hungry they
can only cry. When the nappy is wet they can only cry. When the place I too cold
they can only cry. But do you notice that the moment they cry help begins to run
towards them. I have discovered that whenever I don’t even know how to pray any
longer, I just do like a little baby and just cry to God and say, ‘Father, I
don’t know what to say again, just come and help.’ And it’s the help of the
helpless.
He said, “Let little children come unto me.” I
know the problem with many of us, why we don’t get answer to our prayers is that
we don’t pray like children. We already know how to pray so grammatically that
God doesn’t hear any more. We know how to put it systematically and by the time
we have finished all our systematic praying, God has already gone. But when
Peter was sinking, he didn’t pray “Our Father who art in heaven hallowed be thy
Name, thy Kingdom come…” What did he say? He mentioned only one word – “Help!”
“Help me!” Let somebody shout “Help!” (“Help!”) That’s all and the Almighty God
will help you tonight in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
Because Psalm 65:2 it says, thou that heareth
prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come, because my Daddy told me that every
prayer prayed here tonight will be answered – (Amen!) I’m just waiting for the
time to cry to Him for help because I know He will help me tonight. Who else
will He help tonight? Say, “It is me!” Say it loud and clear!
He said, “Let the little children come.” Come to
where? Come to my presence. Don’t drive them from my presence! And Psalm 16:11
the Bible says in the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy and by his
right-hand side there are pleasures for evermore. Let them come, let them come
and abide under the shadow of the Almighty. After all Psalm 91:1 says, ‘He that
dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of
the Almighty.’ Let them come! Let the little ones come! Let the ones who are
younger than the Ancient of Days come. Those who are not as old as the mountains
let them come. The humble ones let them come. Let them come to the maker of all,
let them come to the helper of the helpless. Let them come to the One that
answers prayers! Let them come to His presence! Where there is fullness of joy,
where there is pleasure forevermore. Let them come and dwell under his shadows.
But God how can You allow children to come? How
are they to come? You know they are noisy He said, “That’s the reason why I
asked them to come. Because I love noise.” Psalm 47:1 says, it says, ‘clap your
hands all ye people, shout unto God with the loud voice of triumph.’ Let me hear
somebody shout Alleluia! (Alleluia!) !
I don’t know if you have ever noticed that when we
say we should clap for Jesus big men don’t clap. If they clap you won’t even
hear….. Thank you… I’m not asking you big ones to clap I’m only asking children
to clap – only children, those who are younger than the mountains, those who are
younger than the Ancient of Days …Glory be to God! Amen!
Have you ever noticed that when they say ‘Praise
the Lord!’ that big men always say, “Alleluia!” Let somebody praise the Lord!
“Alleluia!” You know one of the biggest problems of churches today is that they
have become too solemn. I know there is a time to be quiet. There is a time to
be still and know that He is God. I mean if God is speaking. If we hear “thus
says the Lord..” Everybody should be quiet. But the Bible says, ‘I was glad when
they said unto me let’s go into the house of the Lord.’ Nobody will say I was
glad when they say let us go to the cemetery!” Nobody is happy when they ask you
to go to the mortuary. And it is only the dead that don’t shout. Where there is life there is shouting! Any
house where there are children! ….
He said, “Let the children come!” Let them come
with their noise! Let them remind me of heaven! Because in heaven there is
noise. If you read Revelation 19:1-6. Anytime that an angel says, Praise ye the
Lord, the Bible says the response is like clap of thunder! In heaven, that’s
where God lives. I don’t know who taught
us that God is nervous when we shout. If that is the case the angels would have
driven him away from heaven because from everlasting to everlasting the angels
are shouting, “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty. He has never at one time
said, “shut up, let me listen, I need some quiet!” My God loves noise because
He’s a living God and where there is noise there is life. Where there is noise
there is power. Where there is noise there is victory – somebody shout
“Alleluia!” (Alleluia)
So He said, “Let little children come.” They’re
noisy, yes that’s why I want them to come…. They are happy they’re excited –
that’s the reason I want them.. Let them come! They are not orderly, Oh yes
that’s why I want them to come. You see wherever the Holy Spirit is moving,
things will be as if children are playing.
And then He said, “Forbid them not.” Let them
come! Don’t stop them! Now that’s a different thing entirely because God knows
that you parents you can stop the children from coming to Him. Some Pastors can
stop children from coming to God. Some years ago I had to fight some Pastors -
they are not around now. I’m talking of some Pastors. I gave an altar call and
children were coming to accept Jesus
Christ and they said, “Go back, go back, go back!” Who told you that children
don’t need salvation? Forbid them not!
And I want to appeal to parents tonight – don’t
stand in the ways of children. Oh we are going to church – you go and be
playing!” The Lord says He’s calling children, you say they can’t come! Don’t
forbid them! Don’t stand in the way of God’s friends! Because the Bible says in
Romans: 8:31, it said, “If God be for us who can be against us?” If God says
come and you say no, you will not allow the fellow to go. You are asking for
trouble. That’s why I’m telling all the enemies that followed you here tonight –
they are in trouble. (Amen!)
When God says, I love somebody and you say, I hate
the person then you have to deal with the One who is called, the consuming fire.
The Bible says in Psalm 68:1-3, He said, when God arises what will happen to His
enemies? So all those things that are standing between you and God will be
scattered tonight in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Hebrews 10:31 it said it is a
dangerous thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Don’t let God catch
you obstructing the ways of His friends because if you constitute yourself to a
mountain to block the way between God and His friends, then you are asking for
trouble because God will move that mountain. That’s why I’m saying tonight –
every mountain between every child of God and God shall be moved tonight (Amen!)
And do you know that there are several people who
will go to hell not because they committed adultery, not because they stole, not
because they did anything that will cause sin, but because of one tiny Bible
passage that the devil knew and he has set as a trap. Matthew 18:6 it said if
you cause any of these little ones to stumble, it will be better that you are
not even born at all! And do you now how many parents are causing their children
to stumble? So I want you parents to sit up tonight because God is talking to
you now. Once one boy was beating his sister. A boy beating his sister. And
somebody said? Ah, why are you beating your sister?” He said, ”That’s how my
father beats my mother.” You are causing a little one to stumble... One day one
little girl took a blade and began to cut a line in her little skirt. “Ah-ah why
are you spoiling your good dress?” She said, “That is how my mother’s own is.”
If you cause any of these little ones to go to hell you are not going to heaven.
You can call it fashion. Fashion will take you to hell and you will roast there
forever and you will not say I did not warn you, I told you so.
Matthew 18:10 It said, Beware, because whatsoever
you do to these children, their angels will report you to God All the things you
are doing in secret to these little children, they have their angels that
constantly take the message back to God. Let little children come unto me.
Forbid them not! For theirs is the Kingdom of God. I rejoice with children because God
says the Kingdom
of God belongs to them.
In fact the Bible made it clear in Matthew 18:3 He
said unless you become like little children you can’t enter the Kingdom. There
is a big notice at the entrance to the Kingdom of God – children only! So if you are not a
child you can’t go in you can be sure that if you want to enter into the Kingdom
of God you will find that there’s no room for ‘Most Senior Apostle’ there,
there’s no room for ‘the Reverend Doctor Evangelist so-so-so’ there! I’m sorry
to say but this is true – there are no chiefs in heaven. Who are the people
there who are allowed? I can’t hear you! (Children!) I can’t hear you!
(Children!) I know that may be shocking to you but I’m telling you the truth. It
is Jesus who said so – only children are welcome. If you don’t become like one
of the children they won’t allow you to enter.
“But then I’m already a great man! I’m a
professor. I’m an evangelist. I have so many titles –what am I going to do?” You
remove them. Put them aside and become a child and then you’ll be able to enter.
I’m sure you remember I’ve told you the story before. There was a man who had so
many degrees and he had no job. He had looked for job, he couldn’t find any and
then he saw an advertisement that the Lagos State Government was looking for bus
drivers. So he applied and when they called him, they said, Sorry sir, we can’t
employ you.” He said, “Why not?” They said, “Your degrees are too many. We are
looking for only Primary 6 Certificate.” He said, “Is that so? “ He said, “Just
wait for me for a few minutes.” He went and he wrote his application:
Qualification – 1st school–leaving certificate. All the other degrees
he pushed them aside. He said, “I have all the degrees. I am dying of hunger.”
So they gave him the job.
Are you going to enter into the Kingdom of God? I can’t hear you! Are you sure?
(Yes!) You better forget all the long, long list of titles. When you knock at
the gate of heaven and they say, “Who are you!” And you say, “I am Reverend,
Professor, Doctor this-this-this.” They’ll say, “Turn the other way, you’ll find
the door there is open.” Here there is only room for children… to them who
received him, to them gave he the power to be called what? (Sons of God!) How
many children of God are here tonight? Let me hear you shout Alleluia!
(Alleluia!) !
Okay so He said, “Let the little children come
unto me. Forbid them not for theirs is the Kingdom of God.” And then they brought them. That’s a
beautiful part of the story. They brought them. Have you ever brought anyone to
Christ?
Proverbs 11:30 says, he that winneth souls is
wise. Since you got born again if you have never won a soul there’s another name
for you and it is the opposite of wise. What is the opposite of wise – you said
it! The Bible says in Proverbs 3:35, it said the wise shall inherit glory but
shame shall be the lot of fools. If you are not a soul-winner you are a fool and
you can go ahead and get ready for shame. But as you begin to win souls, the
Bible says you are wise and if you are wise you inherit glory. But why is it
that soul winners are wise? Because the Bible says two are better than one. The
moment you win one soul – you have got a partner. It said because the day one
falls the other will pick him up. Anyone
you win for Jesus Christ is going to pray for you for the rest of his life. And
at any tine when you are low he will be there to lift you up. And the Bible
says, one of you will chase a thousand but two of you will put ten thousand to
flight! I want to appeal to you tonight. As you begin to go from here, begin to
win souls. Begin to bring people to Jesus Christ. He will reward you for doing
so.
And then they brought them to Jesus and Jesus did
something that I love very much. He carried them in His arms. Oh! I am praying
that Jesus will carry you tonight – (Amen!) In Isaiah 46:3-4, He said, I am the
one who made you, I am willing to carry you! He said from the time you were in
the womb I have been carrying you! He said, even to old age I am still the same
one, I am willing to carry you! In 1 Peter 5:6. He said not only am I willing to
carry you I am willing to carry your burdens. The Bible says, “Cast your burdens
upon Him for He cares for you.”
Something happened one day. I think it was in
London and I saw
one of my children. She used to be a very little girl. When she was little I was
always hugging her, carry her I suddenly saw her, she was already tall, big
woman, big lady – she wanted to hug me but I moved back because ah we were in
public, I told her, I said, nobody will know you are my little girl – they will
think that the GO has got a girlfriend! Suddenly God spoke to me and said, “Son,
I hope you too will not become too big for me to carry.” I pray that none of you
will become too big for God to carry. (Amen!)
There are some of us when we first got born again
we are babies before God, Anything He asks us to do, we will do it. Once we find
it in the Bible we will obey but we grew. We became big boys. Big girls. Oh,
we’ve listened to tapes. We have read books that when the Bible says something
we say we are not exactly sure that is what it really wants to say. Maybe it is
true in the olden days – its no longer true in that what is true 2000 years ago
is no longer true because this is modern time. And God will look down at you and
say, “Sorry O, when you were a baby, I could carry you. Now you are a big boy.
You can handle yourself.”
How many of you remember that when you have just
been born again, when you pray, within a day or two, the answer has come? How
many of you remember that time? What about now? Some of you had become big men.
Now you pray for 3 days, God is not even hearing. I’ve told my God, as far as
I’m concerned. I’m going to remain a baby till I see you in glory. It’s because
we’ve become big that’s why we can’t dance for Him anymore. You know one thing
about children is that they don’t know anything called shame. They dance
anywhere. They don’t care who is looking. I think I’ve told you before – we were
attending a meeting of Pentecostals and the choir was leading. Oh they were
singing wonderfully well and I was gone… I was there dancing with my eyes closed
and my tambourine playing. Apparently a Bishop had been standing before me,
trying to greet me. I didn’t know, I was gone. Finally when I came down, when
the music stopped, he had the audacity to rebuke me. He said, “But you are a
General Overseer! Can you be dancing like this?” I said, “General what? Who made
me ‘General’. For whom am I dancing?” How many of you will dance for God
tonight? Let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
He carried them. He will carry you tonight. I say
He will carry you tonight. (Amen!) Oh Thank You my Father!. The Lord says that
the dumb shall speak tonight. Thank You Father! Let’s give the Lord a big hand
for that – the dumb shall speak. (Amen!) Thank You Father!
Then after He carried them it comes to the section
that I enjoy tremendously. He laid hands on them. If you read that one casually
you won’t know the meaning. He did what? He laid hands on them. God is going to
lay hands on somebody tonight (Amen!)
You know we have a programme at Ebute-Metta. We call it Mount Zion
hour because the Bible says on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance. It is the
second Monday of every month. And people always come. We put it for Monday so
only those who are serious will come. And if I’m at home I always lay hands on
everybody who comes. When we started we were only three thousand. Later on the
number increased to ever 28,000.
Then one woman was complaining to her relative.
She said, “I went to Mount Zion hour. He laid hands on me but all he
did was he just touched me and he went to the next fellow!” I said, “Is that so?
Well what would you have done ma … if when it is your turn for that touch I took
my hand off and put it on somebody else?’ Because you said it’s only a touch,
just a touch and its gone.” What would you have done if when it’s your turn, I
withdraw the hand and I touch someone…?” She said, “I would have fainted!” All
you need to solve all your problems from head to toe from past to future is a
single touch from the Lord. How many of you will get a touch from the Lord
tonight? Let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
But what is important in a touch? It depends on
who is the one doing the touching. He laid hands on them. What hands? The Hands
of the Great Physician. Exodus 15:26 He said, ‘I am the Lord that healeth
thee.’ In Matthew 8:1-3 a leper came
unto him and said, “I know you can make me clean only I don’t know if you’ll be
willing.” He said, “I am willing.” And He touched him. One touch of Jesus Christ
will cure the incurable. When the doctor says there is nothing more we can do –
then all you need is a touch.
I remember years ago, they brought a young boy. He
must be about 12 years old and he had all kinds of disorder. He didn’t even know
how to wear his shoe. There’s nothing he could do for himself. He couldn’t wear
a short. He didn’t know which side should be put forward, which should be put
back. He couldn’t button his shirt. He couldn’t comb his hair. And yet if you
look at him he will look normal. But the doctor said, there’s nothing anybody
could do. The mother brought him and God touched him. Some time later I heard
from the mother. I think the mother brought him to the convention and when I saw
that boy I couldn’t recognize him again! Everything that any normal boy could do
he was doing now. And all he got was a touch. All he got is just a touch. God is
going to touch somebody tonight. (Amen!) Tell your neighbour – “It is me God is
going to touch.” The hands that touched those children, that will touch all our
children tonight, is the hand of the Great Physician.
What hands? The hands of the Great Deliverer.
Isaiah 61:1`Jesus Christ said that the spirit of the Lord God was upon him
because he had anointed him to set the captives free. When you read Mark 9 from
verse 14-27 the Bible tells of a boy that the Bible said he was lunatic. And he
wold throw himself to fire, throw himself to water and the father brought him to
the disciples and the disciples could do nothing. And when they brought him to
the master, when thy brought him to the Great Deliverer, one touch and the boy
was well.
If there’s anybody tonight that the enemy had held
captive one touch from the Lord will set you free (Amen!) Thank You Father!
The Lord said there’s someone here who had a dream
recently that your children were stolen, the Lord asked me to tell you, that is
the plan of the devil and it has been cancelled tonight. (Amen!)
The hands that touched these children are the
hands of the One who said, “I am the Light of the world.” - The hand that can
touch the blind and the blind will begin to see. In John 9:1-7, the Bible tells
us of a man who was born blind and Jesus touched him and he received his sight.
I’ve told you the story before, of a young boy
that the Almighty God touched. We were having a program. We call it congress. We
used to have it in several places at the same time. And at that particular year
we had it in 3 places. Ortorkpo, Sapele and Akure. And I was travelling with a
team, visiting the various centers. And we got to Sapele and while I was
preaching in Sapele, God opened my eyes and I saw a vision. While I was
preaching. And I saw a young boy, a young boy that was born blind and suddenly
his eyes opened. So I shouted. There is a boy here that God wants to open his
eyes! If you are the father or the parents - bring the boy forward! Nobody
moved. I know what I saw. Or if the boy is at home – go and bring him I will
wait! I waited and waited nobody came. Sadly we left for Akure. I was sad
because I knew I saw a miracle happening.
Anyway we got to Akure and somebody else was
preaching..... I was at the back of the auditorium. And all of a sudden, while
the preaching was going on, I saw a man standing up and he was holding a boy I
his hand and it was the boy I saw in the vision! And he was leading the boy
towards the altar while the preaching was going on. And I knew that the ushers
will not allow them to get near the altar at all. So I began to run to try and
tell the ushers “Hey leave them alone – that boy is going to get a miracle. As I
was running, the boy heard footsteps behind him and turned and as he turned his
eyes opened! Who touched him? I didn’t pray for him. I didn’t get near him. No
evangelist could claim credit for it. But the hands of the One who is the light
of the world touched him. Every darkness in your life shall disappear tonight
(Amen!)
The hands that touched those children is the hand
of the One who said I am the resurrection and the life. If the resurrection
touches you, you will come alive! If life touches you, everything that is dead
in you will come alive. The hand that touched those children is the hand that is
called the wisdom, the wisdom of God. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 1:23, it
said Jesus Christ is the wisdom of God. There are many of the children here
tonight that are not doing well in their studies but the hand of God will touch
them tonight. The hand that touched them is the hand of the Great Provider. The
one in John 6:5-13, took a loaf of bread and 2 little fishes and very soon what
was supposed to be the lunch of a small boy fed 5000 men not counting women and
children and there was 12 baskets extra. It is the same hand that is going to
touch your finances tonight. (Amen!) And all of a sudden you will begin to get
abundance.
What is the hand that touched them? It is the hand
of the Almighty. It’s the hand that can do anything, the hand that can solve any
problem, the hand that can say to Sarah, “Is anything too hard for me?” That
hand is here tonight and he wants to touch children, children alone and I am one
of those children!
Not only do he touch them – if he touched them
alone, that’s good enough, but the Bible said, He touched them and blessed them.
Somebody’s going to be blessed tonight. (Amen!) In fact somebody’s already
blessed here tonight. If you are the one shout Alleluia! (Alleluia!)
Now what is the joy in being blessed by God? For
you to fully understand the fact that it says, “And he blessed them.” You could
just try and imagine what would have happened if He had cursed them. It is then
you will know the importance of the word that ‘he blessed them”.
Because I’ve told you before that if your parents
curse you, you are in trouble but if you run to the Pastor, he can cancel the
curse. If your Pastor cursed you, you can run to the General Overseer and cancel
the curse. If the General Overseer curses you God have mercy but you can run to
God - who knows God may cancel the curse. But if God curses you, who will you
run too? But it is the exact opposite now. When God blesses you. Nobody can
curse you. Once God says you are blessed, then you are forever blessed. Numbers
23:8 It said, How can I curse whom God had not cursed? How can I defy whom, God
had not defied? In the same Numbers 23 from verse 19-20 there, it said God is
not a man that he should lie, neither is he the son of man that he should
repent. He said I have received a commandment from him to bless and I’ve blessed
and I cannot reverse it. Once God blesses you, you are forever blessed.
Somebody’s going to be forever blessed here tonight. (Amen!)
So God is here tonight to carry little children in
His hands, to lay His hands on them and to bless them – to bless them in such a
way that any force of darkness that may want to try in future will never again
be able to operate in the life of these children. (Amen!)
But then we have a little problem here. God wants
to bless the children but suppose the parents are not children of God? Will the
children still be blessed? Exodus 20:3-5 God said, I am a jealous God that visit
the iniquities of parents upon their children to the third and forth
generation. In other words if you are
here tonight, you have heard that this is a special night for children, which is
true, and I’m telling you it is true – my Father is here like never before – I’m
telling you the power of God is flowing like a river tonight…oh Thank You
Father!
Glory be to God! The Lord said there’s a woman
here who had been dreaming of little, little coffins. The Lord asked me to tell
you, the enemy prepared them for your children but they will bury their own
children in them! (Amen!)
Now what was I saying” I said God is here, His
power is present, He’s going to bless tonight. When He touches people tonight
they will be forever blessed. (Amen!) But if you are a parent and you brought
children and you are not yet born again don’t rob your children of their
blessing, come and surrender your life to Jesus because until you are a child of
God the blessing cannot flow to your children. “Oh, the children are already old
enough and they already know good from bad, oh then it is they who must come and
surrender their life to Jesus Christ so that the blessing of God may reach
them!”
So I’m telling you right now brethren. I’m going
to give you only 3 minutes, 3 minutes. If you know you are not yet born again
and you don’t want to miss the blessings of tonight, come now the Lord is
calling you. This is your opportunity. Thank God there is a blood that cleanses
from all sins. It doesn’t matter how many sins you have committed, if you come
to Jesus tonight He will wash you and you’ll be clean, you’ll become a child of
the living God and your children will begin to benefit from all the blessings of
God. So come, come, come, the Lord is calling you. All of you who want to give
your life to Jesus, come the Lord is calling you now..
I have
only 3 minutes for you and I know some of you are coming from a far away place
but if you move fast you will get here before 3 minutes. This is the hour of
Salvation – if not for yourself for your children’s sake. Come and give your
life to Jesus. This is the Hour of Salvation. Come now, come quickly. You have
only two minutes left to come forward, to come and call on Him to forgive your
sins, to save your souls so that you too can become a partaker of the blessings
of God. Not only parents but children that already know good from bad you too
can come now and give your life to Jesus. God is waiting for you. He wants to
save your soul – he wants to be merciful to you!
I’m going to count up to ten, after ten I am going
to pray. If you don’t come by then it will not be my fault, it will be yours
because I’ve told you that my God is able to do all things and that He has the
power to carry you and to carry all your burdens. He can carry you and carry all
your children and He wants to carry you tonight and He wants to lay His hands on
you – His hand of miracles, His hand of signs and wonders, the Hand of the Great
Physician, the hand of the Great Deliverer. That hand of power, that hand that
made the heavens and the earth, that hand that suspended the sun that it did not
fall. That hand wants to touch you tonight but if you are living in sin, if you
are not yet born again and you don’t come forward to surrender your life to Him,
I’m sorry to say that the blessing may not be yours. You better come before we
count ten….
1… 2… there are many of you that are still sitting
down there looking at me. Once I count 10 I am not going to start all over again
…3 4… 5…. Today is the day of Salvation, God wants to save your soul, He wants
to be merciful unto you. He wants to forgive your sins but if you refuse to come
what can I do/ You cannot say I didn’t tell you. The blood is available, the
blood is available to wash you clean from all your sins, if only you will come.

The Day of Salvation has come. If you postpone it
till tomorrow it will be too late and the Almighty God says come now, come! 7
now! 8 now! If you know you are coming you better hurry up because once I get to
10 it will be too late! He wants to save your soul. If you are not sure of your
salvation you better come now! And as you come begin to cry to Him – Father,
save my soul! Have mercy on me! Forgive all my sins. Please forgive all my sins!
Wash me in Your blood and make me clean. Wash me in Your blood! Wash me in Your
blood! I’ve come to you tonight O Lord to cry to You for mercy! Have mercy in me
Lord. You are the Saviour of mankind. You have called me and I have come! Save
my soul! Wash me in Your blood! I want my name to be written in the Book of Life
tonight. Please Lord Have mercy on me! Have mercy! Have mercy on me, Lord! Have
mercy on me! Call on Him now. Open your mouth and pray. Pray! Call on the
Almighty God as you come..... Ask Him to save your soul. Ask Him to save your
soul. Ask Him to wash you in His blood. Ask Him to be merciful unto you. Call on
Him! 9 now! I’m about to round up now so if you know you are still coming you
better come quickly! Cry unto him and say Save my soul! O Lord! Save my soul! O
Lord! Save my soul! O Lord! Have mercy on me! Have mercy on me! Have mercy on
me! Oh yes Lord Thank You Blessed be Your Holy Name Lord! You are the Saviour of
mankind, I just want to bless Your Holy Name. Oh Blessed be the Name of the
Lord! Thank You Jesus! Save my soul! O Lord! Thank You Jesus! Ohh! Thank You
Jesus! Blessed be the Name of the Lord! Blessed be the Name of the Lord! Thank
You Father! Thank You Saviour! Glory be to Your Holy Name! Thank You Father!
Thank You Lord! Blessed be Your Name forever! Thank You Lord! Oh yes Saviour,
save their souls – lay your mighty hands on each and every one of them …..In
Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
Father Almighty I want to thank You for these Your
children who have come to You tonight for salvation. You promised Lord that
whosoever will come to You, You will in no wise cast out. They have come now.
Receive them in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Forgive them in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Your
blood that cleanses from all sins, let it wash away their sins in Jesus’ Name!
(Amen!) Father, write their names in the Book of Life! Anything that can stand
between them and you, put it under Your blood today! (Amen!) And when You begin
to lay hands on people to bless them, bless these people also in Jesus’ Name!
(Amen!) And bless their children also in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Thank You Father!
In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
Thank You Lord! Amen! Now no matter how many you
are, I want to make you a promise, that I’ll be praying for you so I’m going to
ask you to follow either this man waving a piece of wood here … do you know the
meaning of wave?… they will take your names and your prayer requests so that I
can be praying for you. So begin to go now. Let’s clap for Jesus Christ as they
begin to go. What a harvest!
I am rejoicing, my name has been written, I am
rejoicing for I am born again….. I’m so glad. I belong to Jesus, I belong to
Jesus, I belong to my Lord…..
…. Let us lift our two hands to God. Let your Amen
be loud and clear! The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble, (Amen!) the Name of
the God of Jacob defend thee. (Amen!) Send thee help from the sanctuary. (Amen!)
And strengthen thee out of Zion. (Amen!) Remember all thy offerings. (Amen!) And
accept thy burnt sacrifice. (Amen!) Grant thee according to they own heart
(Amen!) and fulfil all thy counsel. (Amen!) From today onward and forever more.
(Amen!) You will never weep over your children. (Amen!) All your efforts over
them will never be in vain. (Amen!) All your children will be greater than you.
(Amen!) And shall be blessed throughout the world. (Amen!) So shall it be.
(Amen!) Poverty will be a stranger to your family (Amen!) and your joy will
never become sorrow. (Amen!) In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!) Now
let’s put our hands together for the Almighty God. Glory be to God! Come on give
the Lord a big hand! Clap like children! Amen! God bless You! You may be

Now while we are waiting for them to come, so we
can do so many things within the short time, we have published a new book that
is entitled mountain-climbers. Those who went with us to Israel last year, they
had morning and evening devotions with us and some of the deep teachings that
they had there had been compiled to this new book. Because this book contains
such a tremendous treasure, I have decided that I will give it to my friends at
an extremely cheap value so that they can spread it to as many people as
possible. So if you can give me, for the work that is going on here at the camp,
a thousand naira and above you can have one of the books.
Now if you want you can take as many of them as
possible just make sure that what you give for one is not less than a thousand
naira. If you are writing the cheque, as usual, write it in the name of the
Redeemed Christian Church of God and write at the back ‘Special Projects’ and
please we must have it as quickly as possible so that the work here can be
quickly completed. If you see how many people are sitting outside today, you
will thank God that there is no rain. And we cannot keep on holding the rain
forever, so if you want one of the books, or many of them just wave to the
ushers.
I think the ushers are ready, are they? Are the
ushers ready? Ehhh? The book’s not around? Okay. Forgive me they said, they just
told me that it is ‘around’, but ‘around’ means that it is coming, so maybe you
will get it next month! Oh, they say
they are just loading it into the bus that means it will get here before you go.
That’s not too ate. As soon as they bring it, even if the testimony is going on,
just wave your hand and they give it to you.
All right – we saw three out of the five? That
makes it even quicker – well, the first one.
Praise the Lord! Janet Olawanle: Our sister is
giving a testimony she has not been able to see without a pair of glasses for 12
years but last month God touched her eyes – she could read she could do anything
with the eyes now. She’s thanking God for her total restoration. Let’s praise
the Lord with her. Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord! My name is Abiola Macauley. I
thank Almighty God for wiping away my tears and turning my sorrow to joy. I got
married in 1992 and since that time I’m waiting on the Lord for the fruit of the
womb but when I came for Victory at Last 1999, God smiled. I got pregnant that
very month and to the glory of God I’m here, exactly a year... last year I
delivered --- I’m here with my bouncing baby boy, Oluwapamilerin Ayomide.
My name is Mrs. Uzo Eze. My testimony goes like
this – I thank God for whatever He has done because this is my first time of
seeing Papa Adeboye with my eyes but I dreamt of him in my house. Last three
weeks or getting to a month now, this child has been in my house for the past, a
year and nine, ten months. The girl I lived in my house with – my sister, wanted
to cripple this child, even to walk, even to crawl if not for the glory of God
and for the man of God, that God is using in the place I’m serving God. In fact
it could have been a terrible thing in my life. Last 3 weeks, I was sleeping,
with my weeping – I always weep for this child. That day I was sleeping and I
dreamt where Papa Adeboye was doing anointing. Immediately he saw me where I was
sitting, he left what he was doing and came straight to that place I was sitting
and took this child away from me. Then anointed this baby with anointing oil in
his hand. As he was anointing this baby he told me, “Pray very well on the
10th of March.” I was saying, “Daddy, 10th of March has
passed!” Hew said, “Okay, pray very well on the 9th October and
9th of November.” And I just said, “Thank God!” And when I got up from sleep, in fact I woke
up my husband, I said, “Ah, this boy will walk this month!” And glory be to the
Almighty God, this child is walking! I give God all the glory and because I am
seeing him for the first time, I know that this today that I’ve seen you here, I
know that everything that is remaining in my life will be turned around – thank
you.
Praise the Lord! My name is Donald Iron Bar. In
fact I tried every means, every means available to sort out what was happening
with me. December 17 last year. I woke up. I found out that I lost my eye sight.
I could not see anything around 5 am in the morning. I called my brother who was
living with me – “Ah-ah has NEPA taken the light?” He said, “No.” I said,
“What’s happening with my eyes, I can’t see anything.” I started crying. I was
calling God. You know, really, I confessed my sins to God because I know I
wasn’t a Christian then. I used to go to church but I was not a Christian. So I
went to the clinic they said there was nothing wrong with my eyes. I could not
see anything, I was only seeing shadows. I can’t even see anything. So my
brothers were leading me up and down. They took me to some spiritualists, you
know, they said I was going to a Yoruba god, Ogun or something. You know when
things like that happen there are so many things you will do and there is
nothing I did not do you know. Until one day I decided. I used to attend a
church somewhere in Agege but I decided that let me just follow my brothers to
Redeemed, the model parish at Anthony. I got there that day I could not even see
the Pastor but I heard the preaching and everything you know. Normally when you
see me you will think I can see nut I could not see anything then you know my
brothers were leading me, you know, showing me the way and everything.
So when I came back to the house there was a
computer analyst who used to come to the house to repair our computer happens to
be a Redeemer too. He said, “Come Brother Bernard, you have tried everything –
you have gone to the clinic – they gave me glasses worth twenty thousand – Ogun,
everything spiritualist, native doctor. Still it was the same thing. He said,
“Look! The best thing is that you should go to Camp, you know, Redeemed Camp.” I
said, “I don’t know the place. I’ve never been there.” He said okay he will come
and take me to the place. I said, “Okay.” I waited for him seven o’clock, he
didn’t turn up, none of my brothers were around to take me. I now said, ”Well
God. I have to walk with faith.” I dressed up, wore whatsoever I feel I can
wear, then I got outside to pick an Okada down to Maryland where I will get a
bus down here. A mechanic stained me. I was even wondering. Somebody was now
telling me they have poured something on your body. I said, “With that I will
still go to that place.”
So when I got there I don’t even know my way I
could not see anything but thank God, immediately I stepped to Maryland where I
was going to take a bus going to the Redeemed Camp, I found out I could see some
shadows, you know, like alight was directing me. I said “Thank God.” So when we
got into the bus, everybody was just sitting down solemn, was singing. I mean
the Spirit of God just came into me – I’m a sinner I know, but I brought out
choruses, we were singing until we got here. When we got here I noticed that
gradually, I mean I could move like this to sit down there. Then when the prayer
was going on I wanted to see who was singing and all those people, I called God.
I said, “God, you know my problem. You know why I am here today. I want to see
Pastor Adeboye. I want to see how he’s preaching. I want to see those people on
that stage.” But you know God is a miraculous worker. It won’t be instantly like
that. During the anointing, after they anointed my head, I found out that from
where I was standing, I could see a little bit of the stage here. I started
praising God, I was so happy that day, in fact the last stage of restoring my
sight was when I got home. As I was going out I saw some two ladies. I know that
they are spiritual people. They said,
“Ah brother, I don’t have money oh. The money I have with me is finished.” I had
to give them some money. I said, “God please take control.”
When I got to my house, the same thing happened in
my house but all of a sudden as I was sleeping I started shivering. Then … I
don’t know but it happened to me because I'm in the presence of God right now -
a cloud just came from heaven you know with the inscription of Redeemed written
on it and this thing just covered me. So I just felt that in that my dream I was
no longer feeling cold. Those people that were fighting me in my dream left me
and I woke immediately at nine o'clock. When I woke up, God Almighty I got my
sight back! Praise God!
Let somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) All of you who are
coming for the first time today, you will also come with testimony next month.
(Amen!) And those of you who have been coming before, your testimonies will
multiply. (Amen!) Let’s stand up for the grace.
Father one more time we want to thank you for this
glorious night. What a wonderful God You are. Accept our thanks in Jesus’ Name.
We commit Your children into Your hands as they go. As they go Father, go with
them, multiply their joy. (Amen!) Multiply their blessings. (Amen!) Let them get home in peace’ Let them meet
home in peace. Each time we hear from them let it be good news. (Amen!) Father,
bless all Your children. (Amen!) Bless our nation. (Amen!) Bless the government.
(Amen!) And bless everyone that wants to be blessed in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
