Let somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) If somebody is ready for greatness
let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) Among great people there’s always
great people. When you bring all great people together, someone will still be
the greatest. So whosoever is going to be the greatest, let him or her shout
‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) Glory be to God!
Now let’s go before the only One who can make us great and worship Him
because He is worthy to be praised! He is worthy to be worshipped. The reason He
found David and decided to make him the greatest king of Israel is that
David said, "My heart is fixed within me. I will praise the Lord.’ I want you to
join me as we worship the real kingmaker, the One who is the original Majesty.
the One who can make and unmake; the Rock of Ages himself, let’s worship
Him………Holy, holy, holy….. Let’s go ahead and just worship the Holy One of
Israel, let’s worship the King of Kings! the LORD of Lords!, the I AM that I
AM!, Ancient of Days! The unchangeable Lord! Let’s worship the King of Kings!
the LORD of Lords!, the I AM that I AM!, the Ancient of Days!, the Unchangeable
Lord! – Let’s worship Him! He is worthy to be worshipped! Let’s magnify His Holy
Name! Worship Him! Please worship Him! Adore Him! Magnify His Holy Name! O Bless
the Holy One of Israel! Thank You Father! …. Thank
You Jesus! Glory be to Your Name Lord! We bless You! We worship You We give You
all glory! We give You all honour! Thank You Jesus! Father, we worship You! King
of Glory! We adore You! There is no one like You! You are greater than the
greatest! You are better than the nest! You are stronger than the strongest! You
are richer than the richest! You are wiser than the wisest! You are the Ancient
of Days Himself! You are the Unchangeable Lord!! You are the Alpha and Omega!!
You are the beginning and the ending! You are the One who is, who was the One
who is to come! The Almighty! Surely You are wonderful! You are the Counsellor!
You are the Mighty God! You are the Everlasting Father! You are the Prince of
Peace! We give You glory! Accept our worship in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
Thank You for what You have already done. Even if we go home now You had
already done marvellously. But f, You have not finished with us yet. You will do
greater things still! Accept our worship in Jesus Name! Father, in the mighty
Name of Jesus release Your children into their greatness (Amen!) Everyone here
present, release into their greatness Lord! (Amen!) Every obstacle to their
greatness destroy O Lord! (Amen!) Let it be well! Let Your Name be glorified
(Amen!) Thank You Daddy! Glory be to Your Name! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have

They told me that by 10.30 pm 3 babies had already been born – 2 boys and 1
girl. Let the brothers shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)! And let the sisters shout
‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!).
I believe that my time has come. I don’t know about you but I believe that my
own time has come. I just want to thank the Almighty God for the 2 messages we
have already hear. Nobody gave anybody topic. I just said, "feel free!" But look
at the two beautiful messages we have heard. Look at what god did through Pastor
Joe Olaiya. Look at so many people who had been robbed of their greatness, who
in just one simple message, their greatness had been restored to them! What a
great God we serve! And then come my-in-law. Ah, oh, my Lord..... ...Well Your
in-law is great, you must be great. I think great people give daughters to them
so if my in-law is great I must be great
Most people when they have done very well I will say, "well done!
Congratulations!" And I stop because the Bible says a flattering mouth worketh
ruin! I’ve been listening to you now for more than 20 years as far as I’m
concerned tonight’s sermon is the best I’ve ever heard and for your information
I’ve given my secretary an assignment. Every sermon you have ever preached |I
want a copy. Isn’t the Lord good! Thank You very much! Thank You so much! Maybe
I was the only one blessed. May be that’s why the rest of you are not …… if you
too are blessed why don’t you give the Almighty God a very big round of
applause?
That was something! You know in the entire message there was one I got that
was greater than every other thing said. Well, one was great but then one came
on top of it. I just want to repeat those two quickly.
One of the reasons why David became great is that he survived the wilderness.
I’ve never thought along that line before – never. And you know the good news
about that is this – the fact that you survived till now, till today – all your
greatness has started. (Amen!) That you are still alive now in spite of
everything that the devil has done! Oh your greatness has come! If you believe
that Let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) And then the greatest of all
that I got, I’m talking of my own now, is the new definition of grace. Grace,
that grace is help from above that enables you to be higher than your equals. If
those are the only two things that I hear this weekend, my weekend is made
because I know I’m going to be the highest and I already know all that I need.
What do you need? (Grace) I can’t hear you? Loud and clear! (Grace) Shout it
loud and clear (Grace!) Thank you very much sir. Thank you, thank you very much!
Ah Thank You Jesus! Thank You Jesus!
But for the fact that this is not an ordinary Holy Ghost Service As a matter
of fact this Special Holy Ghost Service, it is a special, Special Holy Ghost
Service because Daddy told me so. Because the theme itself, the beginning of
greatness, when God told me that was the theme, that was enough to shake
anybody. And I said why this theme and He told me, up to now you’ve been telling
your children we have not started. Now we are about to start. How many of you
are going to climb with me? Let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) But
for that fact that this is an extra Special Holy Ghost Service after those two
sermon I would have come, we would have prayed, we would have done one or two
other things and then go home but what God wants to do this weekend is one of
such that none of us will ever forget for the rest of our lives.
Now when God wants to speak, He normally speaks just once ‘Let there be
light.’ And there was light. ’Let there be water…’Let there be fish…’Let there
be animal… and such. God had spoken once, twice have I heard that power belongs
to God. If you hear it the second time it is because it is an echo for whenever
God wants to speak specially about something then He may just repeat Himself
like Jesus Christ said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you." If you hear God speak
three times about something you can be sure that that must be an extraordinary
situation.
Someone said God normally speaks once. When He speaks twice that is grace, if
He speaks three times that is Amazing Grace. So then what will you call it if g
speaks four times? And yet God repeated Himself four times on one issue –
Habakkuk 2:4, Rom.1: 17, Gal.3: 11. Heb.10: 38 – four times God said, "The just
shall live by faith. The just shall live by faith. The just shall live by faith.
The just shall live by faith." That’s why I want to beg you tonight – every
doubt, every unbelief, keep it away from you! Every word spoken here tonight,
every prophecy that had come from men of God who had spoken before every
prophesy that will from now on, receive them by faith because the just shall
live by faith. May I hear you say after me: ‘The just shall live by faith.’ Say
it one more time! Make it loud and clear! That is very important because
extraordinary things are happening here tonight. As I will be speaking to you
tonight, please I want you to believe whatever God says, for example, He told me
this weekend He’s going to heal 70,000 people! (Amen!) – From minor aches and
pains to terminal cancer! 70,000 people will be healed this weekend! So if you
don’t hear me mentioning your case because how many cases are we going to
mention out of 70,000? Even if we don’t mention anything at all remember the
just shall live by faith!
We want to talk about the beginning of goodness or maybe you want tot put it
the way I put it as soon as I got it from the Lord: My beginning of greatness."
I’m talking of my own now. "My beginning of greatness… I’m taking my text from 1
Kings 19:19-21
19 So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was
plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah
passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him.
20 And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee,
kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said unto him,
Go back again: for what have I done to thee?
21 And he returned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen, and slew them, and
boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave unto the people,
and they did eat. Then he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered unto
him.
Greatness is a process. It is not an event. We know when it starts but then
it will continue until it matures. Something for example like in the story of
Isaac. It told us that Isaac waxed great and then went on and grew until he
became very great. Greatness is something that you start today, for somebody
(Amen!) and then it will continue until the fellow concerned will become very
great. And I know the somebody we are talking about now is me!
And when we talk about greatness, there are two aspects to it. There is the
divine aspect, then there is the human aspect. The journey to greatness normally
begins with divine choice. It’s God who will choose who is going to become
great. For example, in the passage we read, if you read 1 Kings 19:15-16 you
will discover that even long before Elisha knew what was happening the Almighty
God had already told Elijah, this man is my choice, he’s the one who will
succeed you. He is the one who will take over from you. Before you came here at
all, God has decreed who will be here tonight, and He has decided who is going
to become great and I believe you are one of them! If you are one of them let me
hear you say ‘Amen!’ (Amen!)
God is sovereign – He does as He pleases in the course of heaven. The Bible
says in Psalm 115:3 But our God is in the heavens and he does as he pleases. It
said in Rom.9: 15-16, it said, I will show mercy unto whom I will show mercy and
I believe He is going to show mercy to somebody here tonight! He chooses who to
make great, like He chose Abraham. The Bible just told us in Gen.12: 1-3 for no
reason at all, he just said, ‘Abraham, I am going to make you great!’ I believe
God is saying something to someone here tonight. I know He’s saying Adeboye! I
am going to make you great!’ If you are the one He’s talking to let me hear you
shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
Somebody said and I think it is Pastor Ayo in one of our other meetings, he
said, those who walk, walk with many, those who run, run with a few and those
who fly, fly alone. May you be one of those who fly in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Now
when God had chosen the one that He wants to make great He will then arrange for
that person to have a DIVINE ENCOUNTER. May you have a divine encounter this
weekend in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Now when He arranges that divine encounter it
could be directly between Himself and the one who is going to become great like
Moses in the backside of the desert – and he suddenly saw the burning bush. From
that moment onward the journey to greatness for Moses began. Or at times God
will just send one of His prophets because the Bible says in Amos 3:7 – it said,
God will not do anything but He will make it known first to His servants the
prophets. In the case of Elisha, He sent His prophet Elijah to go and tell this
young man, you have been chosen for greatness. I stand before you today
trembling because I have a heavy responsibility because God has sent me to tell
somebody you have been chosen for greatness. (Amen!) If you are that one let me
hear you shout ‘Amen!’ loud and clear! (Amen!)
It is a serious responsibility because those who have this kind of encounter
you are having with God are never the same again! May your life never remain the
same again. (Amen!) Now once the fellow chosen for greatness had had this Divine
Encounter, the CHANGES IN HIS LIFE BEGIN IMMEDIATELY. In the case of Moses
immediately after he had that encounter with God, even what it was to be the rod
of Moses became the rod of God according to Ex.4: 20. And I believe that today,
the one that God is talking to among you, even right now as you are listening to
me, your hands are changing (Amen!) your legs are changing (Amen!) your eyes are
changing (Amen!) your entire body is changing! (Amen!) Your life is changing
(Amen!) never again to be the same (Amen!)
Elisha, we know him to be the son of Shaphat but the moment the garment of
Elijah came in contact with him he became the son of Elijah. Somebody is going
to become true son of God in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
When Bartimaeus had an encounter with Jesus, the beggar immediately became a
celebrity. May I tell you that many of you who came here – merely surviving,
before the end of the month, divine abundance will be your portion! Are you
ready for change? Are you ready for change? Let me hear your ‘yes’ Loud and
clear!
Now because the change or changes must begin immediately, when the day comes
for somebody to have this Encounter that will lead to greatness EVERYTHING STOPS
– Heaven will stop, the Earth will stop until that particular fellow’s case is
sorted out. Tonight heaven is going to stop for somebody (Amen!) How do I know
that? You can take it from this story everybody know how much I love Elijah. He
is my friend. If there is only one thing I am not too sure I like about him it
is that he is so impatient.oh, oh, oh… he is so impatient. But look at what
happened n this day – he threw his mantle in Elisha and as soon as he threw the
mantle on him he didn’t wait, he was already going! He didn’t even say a word to
the boy and the boy had to run after him – ‘"Ah, please sir, at least let me go
and say bye-bye to me father and mother!" He said, "Did I say anything to you?
Did I talk to you?" "Please sir, I know the meaning of what you have done but
give me time to go and kiss my mother and father goodbye." He said, "Go back."
And then Elisha went back.
Instead of just kissing his father and mother goodbye, he prepared a massive
feast, called the whole family together, I am going now! Come and eat with me!
And they ate! They finished all the cows and then he said; "Now I can go!" Do
you know all the time Elijah waited, he couldn’t go because Heaven was waiting
for Elisha. Heaven is waiting for somebody here today. (Amen!) If you are the
one let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) When your day comes, when your
greatness is about to start like Pastor Ayo said, Samuel will not even be able
to sit down. When the day of Bartimaeus came the Bible says, even Jesus stood
still. Today, in the course of Heaven, whatever is happening, there is going to
stop for somebody, because somebody is about to begin the journey to greatness.
(Amen!) If it’s you, lift your hand and say, "It’s me!" Oh Lord, before you
leave here today, may Your greatness begin! (Amen!)
And then, once He has decided this is the one I want to make great, and you
know there is nobody who could argue with Him once He said you are the one; that
it doesn’t matter what your friends may think. The big brothers of David didn’t
like him but it didn’t matter. Even the father didn’t want to bring him forward
but that didn’t matter. Once God has decided nobody can query Him. By the time
you get home they will know you are already on your way to greatness. (Amen!)
Now once God has chosen to promote, THE PROMOTION IS ALWAYS RAPID and there
is no end to how high He can take you. If you are able to see the drawing for
this particular program you will see one man lifting up his hand there. I don’t
know if the cameraman can get it and put it on the screen for those people to
see. You see a man there lifting up his hands – that’s me! I said, that’s me!
But if you look closer you see one giant hand holding him up! That’s the
everlasting arm of the Almighty God! And when the everlasting hand picks you up,
it keeps taking you higher – every day and there is no limit to where you can
go! Is there anybody who is going to see me at the top? Because I’m going to the
very top! If you are going to the top with me, let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’
(Alleluia!) By the time the everlasting arm picked up Elisha, the son of a
farmer that nobody would have heard about for the rest of his life became the
controller of kings and generals - because once God has decided to promote you
there is no limit to your greatness. I believe that there are people listening
to me tonight, very soon the whole world will know about you. (Amen!)
By the way it might interest you to know that this program is being watched
all over the world right now and very soon you will be the one they will be
watching. (Amen!) Tell your neighbour "He’s talking about me now!" Let me hear
you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
Now that is the God aspect. But then there is the human aspect. In looking at
human aspect let me begin by telling you that greatness can be yours. Like I
told you about two Holy Ghost Services ago, according to Gen.1: 26 God created
you to be a champion – not just a champion but a world champion. He created you
to be a world champion and according to Deut.28: 13 –
Thank You Father! – The Lord said there is someone here tonight He said, I
will cause you to forget all your years of failure. (Amen!) All your years of
failure they will become a dream that has gone far….
Now, Deut. 28:13 the Bible says that God can even make you the greatest. It
said, the Lord shall make you the head and not the tail. That you will be above
only! In other words, it doesn’t matter how many people they gather together, by
the time you’ve been together a few minutes, they will discover that you are the
one above. Now greatness is available but not everybody will end up great. No,
not everybody will end up great, not everybody. According to the Word of God
Deut.15: 11 says the poor shall not cease in the land. In other words even
though greatness is available to all, not everybody will become great. In fact
Matt.19: 30 says some people may start first and then end up last. When the
Bible says in Deut. 28:13 that we shall be the head and not the tail, that tells
you that there will be head, there will be tail. Now what is your choice? You
better open your mouth and talk now – say it loud and clear! - Don’t say I am
repeating myself but this is a night of a lifetime! God said to the children of
Israel, He said, As you have said it to my hearing, so will I do unto you. What
do you want? Head or tail? So shall it be in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
Now if you have chosen to be head then you need to pay serious attention to
the few things I am going to say in the next few minutes. I was trained as a
mathematician and that helped me tremendously in my work with God because I know
that if you are going to state a formula you must state the conditions before
the formula will work. I can cause you to jump and shout and go home rejoicing
just by saying the Lord will make you the head and not the tail and then you can
go home and say, "Amen!" and come back next year – you are lower than before and
say, "I don’t know what’s going on!" I will tell you the truth, the whole truth
and nothing but the truth so that even before the end of this month you yourself
will know that your journey to greatness has already started.
In Deut. 28:1 God gave the conditions for you becoming the head. He said you
must hearken diligently. Tell your neighbour – hearken diligently, for your own
good - hearken diligently! I told you at the beginning that if God repeats
Himself four times that must be very serious business. But I found in the Bible
that this God who is not talkative, who doesn’t like to repeat himself, repeated
himself seven times! Saying the same thing seven times! You know what He said?
He that has ears to hear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the
churches. He that has ears to hear, let him hear what the Spirit is saying to
the church! He repeated himself seven times – just read the book of Revelation 2
and 3 so I want you to repeat loud and clear: "Lord, I have ears ready to hear
what Your Spirit is saying to me!"
Good so who qualifies for greatness? Number one. Just from the text that we
read, using Elisha as our model, the one who will qualify for greatness must be
a plower. Somebody who is a plower. Who is a plower? A plower is somebody who is
ready for hard work. Prov.22: 29 seeth thou a man diligent in his business? He
shall stand before kings and not before mean men. I am prophesying to somebody
here tonight, very soon you will be dining with kings and presidents and other
heads of States. I mean they will be happy to come and eat in your house! If you
are the one say ‘Amen!’ loud and clear! (Amen!)
Why must the one who qualifies for greatness be somebody who is ready for
hard work? Because he is about to climb and climbing is hard work. If you want
to go down – no sweat – but if you want to climb and I want to begin to climb
right now, I want to go higher, day-by-day, anyone who wants to climb must be
ready for hard work! Greatness is coming your way! I didn’t hear ‘Amen!’ Doors
will be open unto you! But that is going to require hard work!
A plower is a man who is focused, a man of single-minded devotion. Luke 9:62
Jesus Christ said, "Any man who having laid his hand on the plough looking back
is not fit to be my disciple." Plowers don’t look back. Those who want to be
great don’t look back at those who don’t want to go. Those who want to climb
don’t waste time with valid people. Greatness is coming your way. (Amen!) People
will criticize you as soon as you begin to grow, as you begin to prosper. When
they find out that before you were trekking, now you have a brand new Mercedes,
they will criticize you, but don’t pay attention. People have asked me again and
again: so-and-so said so-and-so about you in the papers. So-and-so said this one
about you on television, when are you going to reply? Me? I know where I am
going. I’m going higher day by day! How many of you are ready for the climb? So
shall it be in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
And the plower is not ploughing for fun. He is preparing to sow. Anyone who
is going to become great must be ready to sow. The Bible says that they that sow
in tears shall reap in joy. Joy is coming for somebody now; I say joy is coming
for somebody now! They that sow in tears, shall reap in joy! Psalm 126:5 Do you
know why God said that the poor will never cease from the land? It is because
the poor will not sow. The way out of poverty, and there is only one way to get
out of poverty – you sow you reap and then you sow more and reap more and step
by step you who used to be poor, you who used to beg before, you can eat, you
now begin to feed others. I am prophesying to someone here tonight: very soon
you will be big enough to feed a whole nation. (Amen!)
O Thank You Father! the Lord said there is someone here tonight, He says, I
should tell you, I will give you new territory to possess! (Amen!)
And all kinds of healing are already going on of course. In fact there is
somebody here God said your nose is cracked. He is straightening the nose right
now! He even said that there is a young man here that your friend used to call
you axe-head because of the shape of your head. He said you should tell the
fellow next to you: Look at my head. Have you seen a change? Because He says He
has put your head right. Let somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
The one who will qualify for greatness is not somebody who will just sow
ordinarily. He is someone who is willing to give an unusual sacrifice. Let’s
just look at Elisha. He sacrificed the oxen and plough in just one go. Abraham
was willing to sacrifice his son Isaac; Solomon was willing to give Almighty God
one thousand burnt offerings in one day and when God decided to make Peter
great, every fish he caught that day he didn’t touch one of them! The one who is
going to become great must be willing to make an unusual sacrifice and I don’t
know who God is talking to, but somebody is going to the Almighty God! Father,
anything you want, just let me know, no matter what, because I’ve made up my
mind – greatness that is my choice. Whoever that fellow is, say it one more time
"Greatness is my choice!" Say it loud and clear! Remember God is listening! You
better says so that He can hear you!
Thank You Father! Daddy says there is someone here tonight he asked me to
tell you, unless the sea dries, that is when your resources will dry. (Amen!)

Lord! Let somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’ with me! (Alleluia!)
The reason that God from time to time will expect a great sacrificial gift
from someone who is going to become great is that when God makes you great, the
greatness is not for your own use alone. He blesses you so that you can be a
blessing. He told Abraham, "I will bless you and you will be a blessing." I want
somebody to say, "God will bless me and I will be a blessing!" Say it loud and
clear!
Thank You Father! The Lord says there is someone in here tonight, He said I
should tell you there is a celebration party coming! (Amen!) And it is for you!
There is a big celebration party coming and it is for you! Ah! If I’m that one I
think I will really shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)!
Now Daddy says right now His angels are performing some delicate operations
on eyes, in the ears, inside the brain, in the heart, in the liver in the
kidneys – He even said, in the private parts – that certain operations that
human doctors cannot perform, the angels are performing delicate operations. Let
somebody give the Lord a big round of applause!
Who qualifies for greatness? The one who is going to qualify for greatness
must be a follower, a disciple. We discover that the moment the mantle of Elijah
touched Elisha, he said, "I will follow you" He said, "I will minister unto
you!" The one who will qualify for greatness will have to be a follower, a
disciple so that he can sit down and learn. I told you at the beginning,
greatness is a process. Not just one event but a series of events. Jesus Christ
said, "Come and learn of me." The Bible says the one who is going to be great
must be someone who is like a tree planted by the rivers of water. Those who
will be great, they are not people who will come to the Holy Ghost Service once
or twice a year – they come every month – to learn! Oh there are other places
you could go where they would shout and jump without a single reference to the
Bible. Oh they could bless holy water for you and tell you - this is it, that’s
all you need! Holy water will finish but forever O Lord they word is settled.
The man who said they that walk, walk with many, they that run, run with few
and they that fly, fly alone was speaking the truth. But then somebody added, if
you want to be among the many, all you need is common sense, you don’t have to
think before you walk. If you want to run, if you want to run with the few you
need advice but if you want to fly you need instruction. That is why those who
teach pilots who are to fly are called instructors. There must be somebody there
who wants to fly! Who is ready for instruction? You need somebody to tell you
one step after the other this is what to do, this is what to do. If you are
willing to follow, to learn, to study, to be instructed steadily you will be
surprised how high God can take you.
Somebody said, "there are two ways of becoming big. One is to grow the other
is to swell. If you swell you will burst but if you grow, your greatness will
remain forever. Some of you know this little testimony I’m giving. A brother who
had not visited us for several years came to visit us at the camp. And then I
took him to International Office and I began to show him the various offices.
This one is for AGO so-so-so, this one is for AGO-so-so-so and then I came to
the one that belonged to Pastor Akindele – this one for AGO Akindele… He said,
"What! I know that boy! Is that not your interpreter?" I said, "Yes." "How can
an interpreter become an AGO?" I said he had become one. When God decides to
promote, nobody can stop him. May your promotion become a surprise to the world!
(Amen!)
Let me just share one more point and then we will conclude: When Elisha
decided to follow Elijah he went and slaughtered the oxen. I was just wondering
while I was studying the Word of God, why did this man, this man who wanted to
follow the Man of God, the Man of God is impatient to go – why kill an innocent
animal? And I got the point from the Holy Spirit. The one who is going to become
great must have an element of violence in him because it takes violence to kill
oxen. I say, what was the offence of the oxen? Ah, the way he was looking at
them. He knows they will remind him of where they used to be. So he said, I am
burning the bridge behind me. I don’t know where God is taking me but one thing
I know I am not going back to where I was and anything that will not let me
climb will just have to be destroyed.
That’s why I know there is somebody here tonight who is going to make up his
or her mind – any friendship that will not help my growth will have to go. Any
association that will not let me climb will have to go. Every Goliath that may
want to stand between me and my throne, the head will have to be cut off. Any
club that I belong to that will not allow me to reach my goal, even if I wm the
President of that club, the club will have to go! Every Pharaoh that says I will
not reach my Promised Land will just have to drown!
The Bible makes it clear that from the days of John the Baptist, the kingdom
of God suffereth violence and the violent take it by force. How many of you will
take your kingdom by force? Whether the devil likes it or not? Let me hear you
shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
So those who are going to qualify for greatness like David, they are violent
worshippers. When they dance their belly will come out from their gown. The
Bible says David danced with all his might. They that will qualify for greatness
they must be ready for violent service to the Almighty God because several times
you want to serve God and your hand will say, "be careful!" You want to do this
and they will say, "Are you the only one?" And you will say, "No but I’m going
to be the greatest." Greatness is available to you. I said, greatness is
available to you but not everybody will become great. There will be head and
there will be tail. What is your choice? I didn’t hear you anymore? You better
make it loud and clear!
Greatness costs something. It is expensive to be great! If you want to be
great You will have to pray hard! Prayer is a hard thing! Jesus prayed! He just
didn’t pray and sweat – He sweated blood! You want to be great? You will fast.
Jesus fasted. I remember very well when some people said, It is written, the
works that Jesus did I will do also. I said, "Wonderful! Why don’t you start,
the way He started? 40 days without food. That was the first work that He
did.
You want to be great; you must be willing to pray the price. Don’t let
anybody deceive you. If you don’t want to be great no problem. I’ve said it
before – if you want to live all your life a messenger, you don’t need to go and
study in the University. You want to be a professor, you will study when
everybody is sleeping you will be studying. I told you before. I once said to
the Almighty God when I read in the Bible covet earnestly the best gifts, I told
the Almighty God "Father, double the portion that was on Elisha plus double the
portion on Paul and double the portion of the anointing that was on Jesus Christ
when He was here on earth add all of them together and double it again! Give it
to me!" He said, "Son you are asking for trouble." "What kind of trouble?" "They
won/t let you sleep! They will come from the East; They will come from the West;
They will come from the North; They will come from the South; They will come
with their problems because they want solutions. I said, "l that’s a good
problem!" How many of you want a good problem? Are you ready to be great? Stand
on your feet! The one who is going to be greatest let me hear him shout the
greatest ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
We want to begin our journey of greatness by praying, Lord You know there are
many of us here – hundreds of thousands of people and one of us is going to be
the greatest of all! It’s going to be me! Say it loud and clear! Let God hear
you!! So we are going to pray. The fellow next to you might not be interested in
becoming great so while you are praying like a mad man, mad woman and he is
looking at you, let him keep looking! When you reach the top he will be able to
look more. I want you to lift your voice to the Almighty God! loud and clear,
and say, "Father! I am ready for greatness! Let my greatness begin!" Lift up
your voice to the Almighty God! And begin to pray! I am ready for greatness O
Lord! Let my greatness begin! I don’t want to remain in the valley – I want to
go to the mountaintop! … Thank You Father! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed!
(Amen!)
And then you cry to the Lord and say, "Father! Give me a divine encounter
tonight! That I will never forget!" Let’s talk to the Almighty God! "Father,
since I am ready for greatness, give me a divine encounter tonight! The one I
will never forget for the rest of my life! …. Thank You Father! In Jesus’ mighty
Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
Now you will lift up your voice to the Almighty God! And say, "Father!
Suspend whatever else You are doing until You settle my case!" Go ahead and talk
to the Almighty God!! Whatever You are doing in heaven right now – suspend until
You settle my case! ….. Thank You Father! Thank You Jesus! In Jesus’ mighty Name
we have prayed! (Amen!)
And then you shout to the Almighty God and say, "Father! Give me the grace to
follow You…. Go ahead talk to the Almighty God! ….. Thank You Father! In Jesus’
mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
Now you shout to the Almighty God and say, "Father! Give me the grace to pay
the price! Give me the grace to give! Let’s talk to the Almighty! … Give me the
grace….
Anything that will slow me down, anything that will not let me reach my goal
destroy tonight Let’s talk to the Almighty God! … Any relative, any association,
anything whatsoever that will not allow me to reach my goal, that will not allow
me to reach the stop, destroy Lord! Destroy Lord! destroy Lord! destroy Lord! O
Lord God Almighty! Everything that I must destroy so as to be able to soar –
give me the grace to destroy …. Thank You Father!
Now remember, before you pray your next prayer, that God is listening. Even
the dead know that God is here right now and He had said, "As you have said to
my hearing so will I do unto you." Therefore, on your own now, tell Him how
great you want to become – tell Him now! Tell the Almighty God how great you
want to become! Tell Him! Thank You! Thank You! Glory be to God! .. Then tell
the Lord that by the time you leave this world, the whole world will know –
there goes a man, a woman who had reached the very top in a particular area.
Make it clear to Him… Thank You Father! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed!
(Amen!)
Now there must be somebody at least that you love – might be more than one,
might be two, three – they may be here tonight, they may not be here. Pray for
them now that they too will be great so that they don’t diminish your own
greatness. Mention their names and tell the Almighty God! "Ah this fellow must
be great too so that he will not diminish my greatness. This fellow … this
fellow … this fellow … they too must be great so that they don’t diminish my
greatness. Mention their names and present them to the Almighty God! Make him
great; surprisingly great, exceedingly great to the glory of Your Holy Name make
them great! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
I want you to say after me: "Father! I will obey You. I will follow You! I
will learn at Your feet. I will worship |You! I will obey You! I will give, even
sacrificially! Father! I am ready for greatness, I will be a blessing. If You
bless ms, if You make me great, I promise You, I will not kick against You so
help me God! Amen! (Amen!)
My Father and my God, based on the covenant that Your children have made with
You tonight, I hereby decree everyone of you, you shall be great (Amen!) In your
family, you shall be great! (Amen!) Your churches shall be great! (Amen!) In
your villages and towns you shall be great! (Amen!) In your nations you shall be
great! (Amen!) In the whole world you shall be great! (Amen!) I release you to
your greatness! (Amen!) By the power vested in me by the Almighty God! I hereby
decree, from today your greatness begins! (Amen!) Your greatness begins! (Amen!)

be great spiritually! (Amen!) You shall be great materially! (Amen!) You shall

If you receive that give the Almighty God a big round of applause! Shout 7
Alleluias! I think we should do it! After 7 comes 8. Are you ready? Are you
really ready? Praise the Lord! Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! The fifth
one is for God the Father, the One who can make you the head! Praise the Lord!
(Alleluia!) The sixth one is for God, the Son, the giver of Grace! Praise the
Lord! (Alleluia!) The last one is for God, the Holy Spirit, the One whose party
we are attending now, the One who said this time we are talking about the
beginning of greatness, so I want you to get ready, get ready now, this is the
biggest one now … Praise the Lord! (Alleluia!) Thank You Jesus! Glory be to God!
Let’s give the Lord a big round of applause. And then you may be seated. Thank
You!
Now we still have some very important things to do tonight before we close.
We want to get one or two businesses out of the way as it were. Last year God
called four groups of covenant partners and I want to thank God for those of you
in the four various groups who had been faithful. I’m sure some of you are
already beginning to see the result. If you haven’t seen any result yet don’t
worry yourself – your greatness has just started. But in case you were not here
last year, so you don’t know about these four groups so you were not able to
decide whether you want to join any of them, let me run quickly through the
various groups:
Group 1 are people who decided that they will fast and pray 20 days in
February, 20 days in July, 20 days in December, the first 10 days will be
singles, the last 10 days will be continuous. Alternatively you could fast 14
days continuously in February, July and December. Those who had been doing it
they can tell you the Lord is good.
Group 2 are those who said they will use their own body to come and serve g
voluntarily for 60 days in the year at the Camp. 2 months – one month at the
beginning and one month in the middle of the year. Any two months of their
choice.
Group 3 are those who say by the special grace of God, they will give God 1
million naira a year for the next 10 years. All these groups are for the next 10
years.
Group 4 are those who said by the special grace of God, they will give 10
million naira for the next 10 years.
Those of you who have been in various groups, like I said, the Almighty God
will surprise you. (Amen!) If you wan to join any of these four groups, please
feel free to do so tonight.
But as I was waiting on the Lord for this particular program the Lord told me
that He wants to increase the groups to 7
Group 5. These will be people who will fast daily. They can’t fast
continually but they are willing to fast daily throughout February, July and
December except on Christmas Day. February, July, December. Our God is full of
understanding. That’s group 5. If you want you may belong to that group and fast
and pray throughout the months that had been mentioned.
Group 6 are those who say I can’t really fast that long and I don’t have one
million naira but I have something and I want to be a Covenant Partner with God.
And God says, Group 6 will be those who will say, I will give g anything between
one thousand and a hundred thousand naira a year for the next 10 years plus I
will fast one day a week…. at least from 1,000 to 100,000 every year for the
next ten years….
Group 7 which is going to be my group is a combination of all. In other words
you will be in Group 1 –4. You will be in Group 1. You will be in Group 2. You
will be in Group 3. You will be in Group 4. And once he is in these 4 groups if
he can’t handle group 1 then he might join Group 5 and combine it with the other
groups. So group 7 will fast. If he can’t come to work at the Camp he will send
a representative to come and represent him and then he will give g not just 1,
not just 10 but 11 million naira per annum for the next 10 years.
So you can choose which group you want to belong to now and it is a covenant
between you and God and I can assure you since your greatness is beginning now
you need that partnership with the Almighty God because underneath are the
everlasting arms and that hand now will begin to lift you higher day by day. So
if you have a piece of pare with you or if you don’t have, you can wave your
hand so that the ushers can give you one. And if you do not already belong to
any of the previous groups and you want to belong to any of these groups you
will collect a piece of paper from the usher and write you name, your address
and the group you want to belong. So let’s do that one on the next 2 minutes
very quickly because we still have a lot of things to do. So let’s do it within
the next 2 minutes.
Next month will be a very special Holy Ghost for children. That doesn’t mean
that adults are not welcome. All we are saying is that we are going to pray
specially for children next month and there’s something God wants me to release
to our children next month which I believe every adult should also come for. The
Lord wants me to release the grace for wisdom so that from next month on, in all
schools, our children will always be tops! And not only that, everyone of those
children will be brought, hands to be laid on them, as a mark to tell the devil
– stay away from this one! So I want to encourage you, bring all your children
next month. We will learn more about greatness, about being a world champion and
then we will pray specially for the children.
As for May, we are going to have a kind of Holy Ghost Service we have never
had before. It is going to be brief. We will stop around 2 a.m. so that we can
get home before 6 a.m. Why is it going to be special It is going to be one
continuous night of praise. We will bring as many gospel musicians as we can
get. They will sing, we will join them in singing. We will dance and I’m talking
about all kinds of good gospel musicians – not only to thank God for the
beginning of our greatness but one thing I know is that when you have that kind
of praise there’ll be deliverance on a scale that people have never seen before
and I’m sure prophesy will follow like a river.
As for June, don’t let me tell you that one yet. Glorious days are ahead of
us! Do I hear somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’? (Alleluia!)
And then finally before we move to the next segment of our program somebody
made a statement. The one who goes an extra mile will become extra-ordinary. In
other words, he is saying that the one who will do more than ordinary will
become extraordinary. I want all of us beginning from this month to become
extraordinary Christians. I didn’t hear your ‘Amen!’ (Amen!) How many of you
want to become extraordinary in power? Extraordinary in anointing? Extraordinary
in prosperity? Extraordinary in health? We will be extraordinary Christians in
Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
And the extraordinary Christians are the people I want to talk to now. What
used to be the extension to the auditorium has become bigger than the original
auditorium itself and we have moved our altar from what used to be the old
auditorium to what used to be the extension and if you have not seen the new
Altar you will see it tomorrow morning. There is no altar anywhere in the world
and I mean, no altar, like that anywhere in the world. And I have travelled a
bit. It’s not even the beauty of the Altar now that is crucial but God spoke to
me and said, "Son, that altar will be an altar of miracles and those of us who
were here on Thursday, we know what happened. We want to tell those of you who
didn’t come, maybe you will find out and if you are in that category when I
call, you will stand up.
Just remain where you are and then I will pray for you. And those of you who
are writing out the various groups you want to belong to, wave it and the ushers
will come and collect it from you.
God wants me to pray for those who want financial greatness not those who
want to be rich but those who want to be really great financially and I mean
great in the sense that you alone can buy a jet for GO. Some of us don’t want
that kind so it’s only those who want that kind that should stand now and raise
your hand to the Almighty God and as I pray I want your ‘Amen!’ to be loud and
clear!
In the mighty Name of Jesus! Father! You know why these people are standing
and You are the One who says I should pray specially for them. Father! Right
now, the anointing to prosper, I release into these hands in Jesus’ Name!
(Amen!) The kind of prosperity that the world will know this can only be God, I
release into your hands in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) From today, nothing will stand
between you and uncommon prosperity in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) In that Name that is
above every other name I hereby declare that kind of divine provision that will
cause one to say, "God this is too much, I decree that it will come your way now
in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Beginning from now, anything you touch will prosper in
Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) – without stealing, without fraud but by the way of God
only, I hereby decree that before the end of this year you will e counted among
the prosperous ones in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) And when your prosperity comes you
will not forget God (Amen!) So shall it be! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have
prayed! (Amen!) Put those hands together and clap for the Almighty God and then
you may be seated.
Now the Lord wants me to pray for the ones who are trusting God for the fruit
of the womb. I want you to stand because by the special grace of God, the
children you are going to bear shall be great from their mother’s womb and I
want the rest of us to say ‘Amen!’ along with them. Father, in the mighty Name
of Jesus, (Amen!) You have the power, my Father and my God, to make dry bones
live so I hereby decree that every dead womb will come to life in Jesus’ Name!
(Amen!) That everyone here now Father, trusting You for the fruit of the womb,
before the end of this year, let them come rejoicing with their babies in Jesus’
Name! (Amen!) The kind of wonderful children like Isaac, children like Samuel,
like John the Baptist, send to them in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Thank You my Father!
In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
And the Lord asked me to pray for those who said, Lord all I want is to be
spiritually great. That when I lay hands on the sick, they will recover. If I
wave my hand at all, the blind will begin to see; if I breathe on the dead, the
dead will rise. Those who want that kind of greatness let them stand on their
feet now. Your ‘Amen!’ must show the Almighty God that you mean business. In the
mighty Name of Jesus (Amen!) Father! I am keenly interested I in this group
because I belong to their group. Lord, if you will grant this request, the
assignment you have given me will become easier! Father, everyone believing you
for this spiritual greatness I release it to you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) The
anointing to heal, receive now in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) The anointing to perform
miracles, receive now in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) The anointing to perform wonders
for Jesus, receive it now in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) And that anointing will begin
to work in you from now on, so shall it be! I say, so shall it be! So shall it
be! Now lay the hand on your own head and pray for yourself straight away and
command every sickness, every disease, to disappear out of your body, every
pain, everything that is not of God should disappear right now because of the
special anointing that has just been released into my hand. I command now
sickness, disease, aches, pain, every form of demonic activity – right now in
the mighty Name of Jesus! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!) So shall
it be in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
Finally God wants me to pray for all the covenant partners. Those who have
been in the previous groups one to four and those of you who are just joining
now whether in group 5 or 6 or 7 – will you please lift your two hands to the
Almighty. "Daddy, these are Your partners and anybody who walks with you always
reaches his or her destination. So I hereby decree for all these Your covenant
partners –none of you will fall by the way side in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) You will
not fail in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) You will not fail in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)
Physically God will prosper you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Materially, God will
prosper you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Spiritually, God will prosper you in Jesus’
Name! (Amen!) God will prosper your family in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) It will be
well with you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) You will never know sorrow again in your
life in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Everything you want from God He will give it to you
in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Even as you have decided to be partners with God, the
devil will stay far away from you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) God will promote you
(Amen!) He will accelerate your promotion (Amen!) You will be higher than
everybody else (Amen!) Your competitors will never see your backside (Amen!)
Your secrets will never leak out (Amen!) it shall be well with you (Amen!) It
shall be well with your children! (Amen!) God will meet all your needs (Amen!)
your cup will always run over. (Amen!) So shall it be! In Jesus’ mighty Name we
have prayed! (Amen!) Let somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!) Put those hands
together and give God a big clap offering. Thank You Lord!
Now you may be seated please. Please make sure those of you who are just
writing your names and addresses and your various groups that as soon as you
finish writing you wave it so that the ushers can come and collect it.
While I was praying concerning this program, I asked my Daddy what gifts do
you want me to give to Your children this year and then He said something that
sounded to me very strange. He said, "Give them a comb." A comb? What in the
world for? Well He said, Get combs and when I got them He said, He will tell me
what to do. So we went out to Lagos and bought all the combs available in Lagos
and bought combs from Onitsha. We bought all the combs available. After we
bought all the combs almost enough to fill a small house He then told me what to
do to the combs which I’m not going to tell you but the ministers will come now
and distribute the combs to you and then I will tell you what to do with the
combs after you’ve gotten your own.
There are enough for every adult. Whatever you get, the one you get is the
one you will use for your child. Please don’t tale for children. I may as well
tell you what to do with the combs when you get it. It’s just that you wait till
everybody had been served before we do it together. The first thing we are going
to do is that we are going to comb our hair backwards and by so doing we will be
telling failure, sorrow, disease bye-bye! And when we finish doing that to say
from now on forward ever! Progress physically! Progress spiritually! Progress
financially! Progress in every sphere of life! And then I will do something else
that He asked me to do. Now if you have children with you when you’ve done your
own, you will do that of your child but please don’t collect any comb for any
child. It is for adults only - remember the just shall live by faith! Number 2
as you have said in my ears so will I do unto you. That’s what God said! You
take the comb, comb your hair backwards. If you have no hair on your head just
mimic the motion you’re your hair is plaited just make the notion. Make sure the
comb touches your head from the front going back and then say with your mouth
all those things you don’t want to see again in your life and just say bye-bye
sickness, bye-bye sorrow, bye-bye demonic oppression..... Go ahead and talk! Go
ahead Open your mouth and talk as you comb your hair backwards. Say it so that
God can hear you and when you finish your own do that of your child. Bye-bye to
stagnation… Bye-bye to lack of progress…, Bye-bye to every attack of the devil…,
Bye-bye to sorrow…, Bye-bye to sickness…, Bye-bye to aches and pains…, Bye-bye
to every form of weakness.., Bye-bye to poverty…, Bye-bye to everything that is
not of God! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
Now Father, as You have instructed me, I now decree as the waters in a river
flow never to return, I hereby decree all those things Your children say they
don’t want to see again will never return to their lives (Amen!) So shall it be!
In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
And now you are going to comb forward and everything you want in which you
want to make progress you begin to mention them: Yes, I want to make progress in
prosperity… I want to make progress in divine health… I want to make progress in
joy… I want to make progress in anointing…I ant to go from glory to glory! I
want to go from power to power! I want to grow in greatness! I want to make
progress in everything that is divine! I want to make progress in the service of
God! I want to make progress in my love for God! I want to make progress in my
ability to serve God! I want to make progress in my ability to hear from Him! I
want to make progress in my ability to do His will to the letter! I want to grow
and make progress in closeness with the Almighty God! I want to make progress in
every sphere of my life that will bring glory to God. In Jesus’ mighty Name we
have prayed! (Amen!)
Father, as You have instructed me, I hereby decree as the sun rises in the
east and will not set until the day is over, until these Your children will
leave this world, let it be progress forever (Amen!) progress in everything
good! Progress in the service of God, progress in anointing, progress in power,
progress in the knowledge of God, progress in the revelations from g – so let it
be! (Amen!) In Jesus’ mighty Name I have decreed. (Amen!) If you receive that
now, go ahead and praise the Almighty God!! Praise Him! Magnify His holy Name!
It’s going to be exactly as we have said. It shall be forever and ever and ever
and ever! (Amen!) So Father, we just want to praise You! We give You glory! We
give You honour! Thank You Father! Thank You! Almighty God! In Jesus’ mighty
Name we have prayed! (Amen!)
Finally before I go and hand over to the MC, Daddy says He told me He will
heal 70 thousand during this weekend and those of you that had been healed
tonight, I will like to see you so that I can pronounce permanency on your
healing. So as we begin to dance now, if God healed you tonight I want you to
dance forward. Let’s begin to dance!
I want you to know that your healings will be permanent (Amen!) Now how can
anyone want to take testimony here – there are so many there is one particular
case I would have loved to see – the boy they used to call axe-head, that God
has remodelled the head. Is anyone here? Do I see any hand up there? Near this
crowd or is it among those who are far way in the crowd? If you are the one, I
won’t bring you forward because you might be shy – just raise up your hand… ah,
he was afraid that I will bring him forward! Glory be to God!
Now between today and tomorrow anyone of you who may want to share your
testimony, if what God did is something extremely big, you now, cases of cancer,
you know those delicate operations that God said He was performing, please just
see any of the Pastors, pass the testimony to them so that in the evening we
will be able to take your testimony and glorify God together.
You will never know sickness again (Amen!) You will never know disease again.
(Amen!) the one who had healed you now will be your Doctor for the rest of your
life. (Amen!) From now on you will walk in divine health. (Amen!) Not even that
alone - from now on when you touch a sick fellow, that fellow will be healed.
(Amen!) Congratulations! Let me hear you shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)
Now you are going to dance back to your seat. Now as we just rejoice because
God healed so many people in one night. And then those of us who still need any
form of ministration for one thing or the other – not necessarily sickness, by
Saturday 10 a.m. in the Auditorium, all ministers of God will be there to lay
hands on everyone who will want hands laid on them! Congratulations!
I have also been reminded to please tell you that you must vote during the
coming elections – vote for any man of your choice but make sure the fellow you
are voting for is not somebody who will burn your church. Do I hear ‘Amen!’ to
that? And then those off you who subscribe to a news letter that I said it will
come out this month please see my secretary and they will tell you how you can
get your copy. The newsletter is out and it is extremely beautiful. And if you
want to subsequent copies then as usual subscribe. You pay now and then collect
next month. But because so many of you were not here last month I’ve asked them
to make additional 4000 copies which you can get if you want – one for 200
naira. But if after that one you want that of next month then you have to pay
the 200 naira for next month in advance.
