OPEN DOORS TO DOMINION 7th of October, 2005

Sweet victory when those who have come to arrest us are reduced to ashes… (Amen!) That's what happened when some soldiers came to arrest Elijah. He reduced them to ashes. But it is sweeter still if those who have come to arrest you are arrested by you! This is what happened when an army came to arrest Elisha and he arrested the arresters. But the sweetest of all victories is when not only do the enemies destroy themselves but their wealth becomes yours! (Amen!) This is what happened when three kings came to attack Jehoshaphat. Not only did they destroy themselves. Jehoshaphat spent three days collecting the spoils. The Lord told us yesterday that the month of October is going to be a month of double favour (Amen!) Not only are we going to be victorious but the wealth of the enemy will change hands. So I want you to do what Jehoshaphat did that day. He went to war singing praises unto God. I want you to do the same thing and suddenly the Almighty God will move on your behalf. Go ahead now and begin to praise the Almighty God! Praise the King of Kings! Praise the Lord of Lords! Tell Him his mercy endureth forever! Tell Him He is good! Magnify His Holy Name! Praise Him like you have never done before. Go to battle today praising Him!  ……. Blessed be Your Holy Name! Genesis 1:26-28 And while you are opening your Bible I want to say thank you very much to the 2 choirs that had ministered tonight, you did excellently well, excellently well. I am proud of you.Genesis 1: 26:-28 And God said – who said? Is it Pastor Adeboye who said?    And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. [27] So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. [28] And God blessed them (God is going to bless somebody here tonight, (Amen!) and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Look at verse 28 again : And God blessed them,,, in my own Bible there is a comma there. Is it in yours? Yes. That means the blessing ended there. What  followed after that is not  an ordinary blessing, It is a command. God blessed them comma, After He blessed them He now said unto them be fruitful and multiply. It is a command. That is why I can assure those of you who are trusting God for the fruit of the womb, your belly will obey God because God commanded – be fruitful – it’s a command, And multiply! Not decrease! It’s a command. That’s why there’s somebody here tonight, you are little now but you are going to be great. That’s why it is written even though your beginning maybe small, your end shall greatly increase. (Amen!) Who is God talking to? I didn’t hear your Amen (Amen!) And then He went further to command: and ‘have dominion’. After He said, replenish the earth, subdue it, He said, and ‘Have dominion’. Tell your neighbour; I am going to have dominion. Whether the devil likes it or not, I will have dominion! Because it is a command from the Almighty God. Many of us shy away from the word ‘dominion’ because we misunderstand the word. Because we think that to have dominion is to oppress, to push down! That’s not dominion! To have dominion simply means to be in charge, like the captain of a team. The captain of my team does not have to be cruel to me, I have dominion over my driver for example but we are friends. We don’t fight. I don’t beat him. I don’t threaten him. As a matter of fact we relate, we discuss one on one. I will tell him, I have a program in Lagos at 11 am, at such and such a place. I want to be there before time. Then I turn to him and say, When should we leave home? And then he makes a suggestion and whenever he says we should leave home is when we love home. So we are workers together but I don’t beg him before we leave. I don’t prostrate and say, Please my driver, take me to Lagos! Because I have dominion. So to have dominion does not mean to oppress. It simply means to be in charge. And do you know what? Whoever is not in control will be controlled. And from tonight onwards now sickness will never control somebody again! (Amen!) Now the one who is going to be in control, the one who is going to rule must first and foremost learn to control himself because we want to talk about a very important topic tonight – open doors to dominion... God is about to open the doors of dominion to someone. (Amen!) But the one who is going to be in charge; the one who is going to be in control must first and foremost learn to control who? Himself. Proverbs 16:32 says he that is slow to anger is better than the mighty and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city. The one who can control himself is the one who can have dominion. If you read Luke 7:1-10 when the Centurion came to Jesus asking Him to come and help him heal hi servant and Jesus said I will come and heal him. He said, No, no, no .. You don’t need to come – speak the Word - because I also am under authority, I have soldiers under me. I have dominion over these soldiers. When I ask one to go, he goes, When I ask another to come he comes because I myself I have someone I obey. The one who is going to have authority must be under authority and the bigger the authority you exercise the more obedient you must be to the one who gave you that authority: The bigger the car, the bigger the brake system. The grace to control yourself; the grace to control your tongue; to control your stomach, to control your sex life may the Almighty God give to you tonight in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)Open doors to dominion! The Word of God made it clear that he who is not in control will be controlled, He who is not in dominion will be dominated. And when you go through the Scriptures you will find that the strong dominates the weak; 1 Samuel 17:4-11 and verse 24 the Bible tells us that when Goliath stood before the children of Israel and he challenged them to battle – they ran. One single, strong man put a whole army to flight. That is why tonight every form of weakness in you shall be destroyed. (Amen!)The rich dominate the poor. Proverbs 22:7 say the rich ruleth over the poor and the borrower is the servant to the lender. That is why wise people don’t borrow. That’s why they live within their means.I’m praying for you tonight, Number one every debt you have my Father will help to pay in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Number 2, in the name that is above every other name you will never borrow again (Amen!) Number 3. Because the Almighty God lives and He’s your Father, you will not die poor... (Amen!)  If you like say Amen to that oneThe strong dominates the weak; the rich dominate the poor and the wise dominates the fool. Ecclesiastics 9:16 the Bible says wisdom is better than strength. Ecclesiastes 7:19 Bible says one wise man is better than 10 mighty men, Proverbs 9:17 the Bible says the wise man is better than the king of fools. By the special grace of God if the Lord tarries, next month we’ll be talking about open doors to wisdom because next month is going to be dedicated to Redeemer’s University. The wise man dominates the foolish, no matter how strong. The elders have a saying. Wise man, why are you not labouring? It says, the labour of the foolish, who will eat it? From tonight onwards you will not labour for somebody else to eat. (Amen!)And then the spiritual controls the physical. In Exodus 14,,,,, Thank You Father! The Lord said there is someone here tonight, this month you will enjoy multiple favours. (Amen!) That must be me no doubt,,,,Exodus 14:28 Moses lifted up hi hands and the wind of the Holy Spirit began to blow and created a path in the Red Sea. Tonight the Red Sea will open for someone tonight. (Amen!) He lifted up hi hands again and the sea came back on all the enemies of Israel. Those of you who were here during the March Special Holy Ghost Service God asked us to do something special. He asked us to lift up the rod on Friday to open the sea to the people who were present and to lift it up again on Saturday to close the sea upon the enemies. Some people thought it was a joke but I heard a testimony among several others. He had been asking something from the government for a long time. They refused to give it to him. He came to that Holy Ghost Service. By the time he got back on Monday they had already given him approval. As if that was not enough on that Saturday when we were lifting the rod, those that are seniors in his place of work held a meeting about how they were going to destroy him. Only one fellow did not attend that meeting. He was invited but he didn’t go, he’s a Christian. By the end of that week, all those who attended that meeting had been sacked. I decree again tonight in the name that is above every other name, the Red Sea will open unto you (Amen!) and it will close on your enemies! (Amen!)In Joshua 10:12-14 the Bible said, Joshua was busy fighting and the sun was about to set so he spoke to the sun: sun stay there! Moon stay where you are until, I finish what I’m doing for my God! The sun obeyed him. The moon obeyed him. Last Friday we were holding the Holy Ghost Service in Abuja. As I was leaving my prayer room to go to the stadium the cloud was black over the whole city. My wife looked at me, I looked at her and we looked to God. This rain you have to obey God today and it rained everywhere in the city and left the stadium alone. There is still a God of wonders. He is going to perform a wonder in the life of somebody here tonight. (Amen!)The spiritual controls the physical. In Judges 15:14 & 15,,, Thank You Father! The Lord said there is someone here, that you said to Him that if He will prosper you His kingdom will feel the impact. The Lord asked me to tell you, it is a deal. But if God says it is a deal, I warn you, don’t forget your part when your prosperity comes. The Lord said there is someone here tonight, you have had so many bad dreams that you are now afraid to sleep. The Lord asked me to tell you, there’ll be no more bad dreams, (Amen!)Samson took the jawbone of an ass and with one jawbone of an ass he killed one thousand of his enemies. Those that were not killed ran away. From tonight onwards because of the open door to dominion that the God is about to give you, when the enemy see you coming, they will run in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)In 1 Kings 17:1 Elijah said I close the heavens that there would be no rain until I ask for it and as soon as he spoke because of his authority as a man of God the heavens were closed. Until he asked for rain again it didn’t fall. 1982 I think we had a congress at Abeokuta from Good Friday to Easter Monday. As we were making the alter call on that Good Friday suddenly the rain started and we lifted our eyes to the Almighty God and told the rain to stop. Instantly it stopped and there was no rain on Friday; no rain on Saturday; no rain on Sunday. On Monday when we finished and we were about to go a son of Abeokuta came and said: you are going now. Will you please release the rain! And after we finished the rain began! Tonight all those forces against you we shut the heavens against them. (Amen!)In 2 Kings 6 18-20 Thank You Father! The Lord said there is someone here, the story of your life has been up today down tomorrow, The Lord asked me to tell you, from tonight onwards you will have a new beginning. (Amen!)In 2 Kings 6:18-20 a king sent an army to go and arrest one man – a whole army of a nation to go and arrest one man who had no guns, no bow and arrow, no sword! All he had was God! And when they got to him, instead of arresting him he arrested them, I’m telling you the spiritual controls the physical. In our first year on this Camp highway robbers were robbing every day. As a matter of fact this Camp is built on what used to be their headquarters and when they stop a vehicle the people there will run to the Camp. One day they stopped a vehicle. The people ran to this Camp and the Police came. The people here didn’t know that the Police had come. And the Police lay in ambush and those who came to the Camp came to call our people to come and help them take their loads from the car. So they followed them. When the Police saw my people coming they thought they were the robbers. So their Captain gave instruction to those w ho were lying in ambush to shoot. First time he said shoot nothing happened. Second time – fire! Nothing happened. Third time I said Fire! I say nothing happened! Their fingers froze! Every attack of the enemy that had been planned against you shall be frozen in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)The spiritual controls the physical but that is not all. The spiritual controls the material. 1 Kings 17:8-16 tells you the story of the widow of Zarapheth. The man of God said to the woman, Feed me first then you can go and prepare for you and your son because thus saith the Lord! When a prophecy is coming through a true man of God pay attention! Thus saith the Lord! He said I can assure you woman, the barrel will never, never, never be empty! The cruse of oil will never fail!The spiritual controls the material. That’s why when God says in Luke 6:38 Give and you shall be given it doesn’t make sense at all but that is the spiritual law: You give and you shall be given, I’ve told you the story of the little girl who came to me once, I had prayed, I needed a miracle badly and the disciples had a meeting and I asked them to help me pray on Saturday that I needed a miracle.. I wanted to move to my house here at the Camp but there was no money for windows; no money for doors. I didn’t tell them what I needed. If I told them I needed money for my door and my windows, they would have contributed but since I gave my life to Jesus; since He called me I had made up my mind I will not be a beggar. So I just told them Brethren pray for me! I need a miracle. And they prayed. Sunday morning one little girl came to me and said Daddy I have been saving this money so that one day I can travel abroad but this morning the Lord said I should go and give it to you. Little girl! She heard from God! I took the money from her reluctantly and I prayed for her. When she left I opened the envelope. Inside the envelope was 500 naira, which was a lot of money in those days. It took care of my windows and my doors. And I didn’t see the girl for a while. One day I saw her coning to church, dressed in beautiful new clothes! Ehh! My dear where have you been? She said I went abroad! How? She said, the father of my friend came to my parents and said Please we want to travel abroad and our daughter says she won’t go unless her friend comes along. Will you please allow your daughter to come along with us? I don’t know who God is talking to tonight … from a direction that you do not expect help will come to you.The spiritual controls the material. Not only that the spiritual controls fruitfulness ,,,,, Thank You Father! The Lord said there is someone here, He said I should just tell you the violent shakings will soon be over. (Amen!)The Lord said there is someone here; He said I will breathe new breath in to your business. (Amen!)2 Samuel 6:16-23 the Bible says David was dancing before the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord, ` He was happy that the Ark of the Covenant of God was coming into his city. His wife looked through the window and saw the king dancing and she despised him, When the king came home she challenged him, She said look at you! You call yourself a king! Look at you dancing like an ordinary fellow! And the King said, I was dancing for God. It is the Almighty God who made me that I’m dancing for. It is the one who made me king that I am praising! The Bible said because of that; because of what Michal had said she died barren. Just because her mouth got her into trouble. Any trouble you are in today because of your mouth the Almighty God will take you out. Then 2 Kings 4:8-17. You know the story very well. Elisha was going and a woman saw him. Ahhh! This is a man of God, let him come and eat in my house. And the man of God said No, I’m not hungry. Thank you, She insisted until the man of God said all right let’s go up. The man of God ate; enjoyed the food and kept coming back. So the woman said, let’s build a house for this man so that when he comes it will not be just one meal – he can take breakfast, lunch and dinner! One day the man of God called the woman and said what do you want? The woman said I need nothing and then he discovered that the woman was barren, He said Woman! I decree that 9 months from now you will have a baby boy!  The woman said ….. Thank You Father! ,,, He’s a wonderful God,,, I said that the woman will have a baby boy, the interpreter said a baby girl – the Lord asked me to tell someone here get ready for  set of twins. (Amen!) One boy, one girl! Let somebody shout ‘Alleluia!’ (Alleluia!)So the woman said to the man of God Sir, please don’t deceive me. I’m too old for that... I’ve waited long enough. God didn’t answer and I’m satisfied. The man of God said I’ve spoken and it is going to come to pass. I say tonight by the authority of the One who called me All those who are trusting God for the fruit of the womb, God will remember you this month. (Amen!)The spiritual controls progress. Psalm 75 from verse 6 to 7 tells us promotion doesn’t come from the east or the west or south! God is the promoter. It is God who promotes not man. If man promotes you, man will bring you down, If God promotes you, your promotion will be permanent, You remember the story in Genesis 48:17-20 when Joseph brought his two sons to his father to be prayed for. Manasseh the first born and Ephraim the second born and the father crossed his hands and placed the right hand on the head of the 2nd born and the left hand on the head of the 1st born and blessed them. He transferred the blessing that should go to the first born to the second born. Within a short period of time the younger brother has become 10n times greater than hi elder brother. Don’t joke with the blessing of your father. That is why you should take care of your parents. When they bless you, you are blessed. I’ve told you before I am what I am today by the grace of God and by the blessing of my mother. She will always say, when I was very little, anytime I did something that made her happy, she will say, you this boy, you will call one person, two hundred will answer! I didn’t know what she meant! I didn’t know the meaning but today if I stand here and I don’t mention any name and I turn in this direction and I say Pastor come! About 4,000 of them will come! I decree to all of you who are my spiritual children – you will call one person - one thousand will answer! (Amen!)The spiritual controls progress. I’ve told you the story of one of my sons who is a tailor. When I became General Overseer we were all very poor. I was probably the richest of them all and I was a very poor man. He came to me and said, Daddy I have no money. I would like to do things for you but I have no money but I’m a good tailor. You buy the clothIn Mark 5:1-20Thank You Lord! The Lord said there is someone here tonight, He said the help you are expecting will come just in time. (Amen!) Alleluia!Daddy says there’s someone here tonight m He said your forthcoming miracle will positively affect millions of people. (Amen!)Mark 5:1-20.That was the story of the mad man of Gaddara, you know that man who was so mad mad men will see him coming and run. Because of the demons in him he had supernatural strength. They will bind him with fetters of iron; he will just tear them asunder. The evil forces in him controlled his physical strength to such an extent that handcuffs were nothing he will just break it in two. They were controlling him so badly that he was living in the tomb among the dead. But one day the light came. Jesus was passing by and with one word He set the captive free. Every one of you in bondage tonight, no matter how long you have been in bondage, you are free in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) There is a power that is above the power of witches and wizards and herbalists. It is the power of Jesus because the spiritually good controls the spiritually evil. Light has dominion over darkness. When light comes in darkness must go. Because you came tonight every trace of darkness in your life will disappear. (Amen!) Some years ago we went to hold a crusade in a town near here, I won’t mention the name and there was a man there, a very wicked man, he came to the crusade with charmed alligator pepper in his pocket. And the charm and the pepper is that when he sprays it in people anybody that is touched by any of the alligator pepper is going to develop small pox. The man's pocket was full of this alligator pepper and he came to the crusade, waiting for when everybody will be at rapt attention so he can spray. At the appropriate time he put his hand in his pocket so he can spray the alligator pepper. And the hand refused to come out. He pulled and pulled and pulled. The hand refused to come out. Every hand that wants to do you evil – they won't be able to move again. God said, No weapon formed against you shall prosper. He tried and tried and tried. When the pastor gave the altar call he was the first one to run forward. As soon as he gave his life to Jesus, the hand came out! All your enemies will become your friends.Let me tell you another story. This one happened in Ekiti state. One of my young Pastors went to start a church there and since he got there, the herbalist who was the bog man there became very uncomfortable, so he decided that the best thing was to kill this fellow so that his own business can continue. So the Pastor went on follow-up, windows shut, doors shut. When he came back, inside his bedroom there was a hen that had already laid several eggs and was brooding over the eggs. Ask the elders they will tell you what that means. And the Pastor said, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, grabbed the hen, killed it, burnt it. The herbalist was waiting for news, to hear that the Pastor had died because you don't touch that kind - you touch it and your back will break!  But there is a greater strong one inside of us than he that is inside the world. There is somebody here tonight who is going to be more than a conqueror. (Amen!)  If you are the one let me hear you say Amen loud and clear! (Amen!)And I'm sure you remember the story in Acts 13:6-12…. Oh thank You my Father. The Lord said there is someone here tonight, He said, the word 'disgrace' is erased from your life. No more disgrace for the rest of your life. (Amen!)You know the story in Acts 13, there was this sorcerer, Paul had gone to preach to the Governor and while Jesus the sorcerer was saying, Don't mind him, he's after your money, don't listen! He's looking for gold, don't listen to him. At a stage, Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit – the Lord will fill you with the Holy Spirit today! (Amen!) – I am doing the work of God and you are disturbing me? Be blind for a season! Thank God he added season, otherwise he could have been blinded forever. All mountains blocking your way to success, as Bar Jesus was uprooted so shall they be uprooted. (Amen!)You remember the story –I'm telling you all these stories tonight so you will know that this thing is not just true in the Bible days, it's true today. We went to hold a crusade in a town and the people there brought out masquerades to disturb the crusade. They were caning everybody so that people who would have come to the crusade began to scatter. There was a young girl, very little girl who knew that when masquerades are dancing if the drums break that masquerade will not be alive the following year. So she said, after all Daddy told us that whatever we bind on earth shall be bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven … Just went to a corner and said, I command in the name of Jesus, drums break. Then one after the other the drums began to break and the masquerade fled. The drum of woe, the drum of sorrow that is beating over your life shall break tonight in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)In Acts 8:5-8  when Philip went to Samaria to preach Christ, the reason there was such a conversion was because demons were screaming and coming out of those people they possessed because the spiritually good has dominion over the spiritually evil.That reminds mo of what happened when we went to start the church in Port Harcourt. We'd been there, first night, second night, we will sow the film, we will sing choruses, we will preach. While somebody is preaching in English, somebody will be interpreting in Pidgin English.  That's the first time I heard John 3:16 in pidgin: for God loved the world sotay He come dash am im only pekin! Say dat de person way receive am he no go pafuka! Lord have mercy! But there wasn't really a breakthrough until one night I was getting ready to preach when a woman came crying that her child had died and she heard that your God is a God of miracles so let God do something. It was where I was praying, they came to tell me. I said, don’t come and disturb me – go and raise the child. And they went back confused. But they went and prayed and the child came back to life. Who is the next person that God will use to raise the dead! You better tell God, it is me O Lord! That night the breakthrough came. The miracle you need to bring about a major breakthrough in your life you will receive tonight in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)Thank You Father! The Lord said there is someone here; He said the palms of your hands are always very wet. He said you can check they are dry now. Glory be to God!And then the Lord said those who are trying to stop your promotion will soon be begging you for favours. The next one is my own. The Lord said there is someone here tonight, He said before you die people will refer to you as sea never dry. (Amen!) so you know why that must be me. Thank You Father!  So the spiritually good dominates the spiritually evil. Now what happens when we have 2 spiritually good? The double portion dominates the single portion - that's why you need to seek God, move very close to Him. Don't be satisfied with one single portion - go all the way!  Joshua was a man with great anointing. He was a man who said to the sun Stop and the sun obeyed. Told the moon to stay where it is and the moon obeyed. But he was a single portion anointed man. In Joshua 6:26 he said, anyone who tries to build Jericho, it said, he will lay the foundation in his first born, he will finish it in the death of his last born. And from that day on Jericho became a cursed city... In 1 Kings 16:34 one man said, don't mind Joshua, I will build Jericho again and a=exactly what Joshua said happened to him several years later and Jericho began to groan under the heavy burden of the curse. Barrenness, death, miscarriages, all kinds of problems until Elisha came in 2 Kings 2:19-22. The men of the city ran to Elisha, Help us! We are almost all dead! We are living under a curse. The man of God said bring me salt; put it in a new cruise. They brought it to him... They went to the source of their river. Poured in the salt and said, water you are healed. No more barrenness, no more death. With his double portion anointing he destroyed the curse of Joshua. That's why I've always said, be careful of those who are in authority over you. If your parents should curse you, you can run to your spiritual father, he can break the curse. Your Pastor can cancel the curse pronounced by your parents. Of course I am sure he will counsel you to go and restitute with your parents. If your Pastor curses you, you will have to run to the man who ordained him. He will be the only one who can break that curse. If the GO curse you maybe by the time you have fasted 30 days and nights and you are about to die, you see Jesus and you say, I am about to die oh because your representative cursed me! Jesus can cancel that curse. But if God curses you, to whom will you appeal? That is why those of you who play with your tithe you don't know what you are dealing with. The Word of God says, if you rob God of His tithes, it's God himself who said, I will curse! If the man of God who has the authority breaks the curse over you and then pronounces a blessing over you all the years that you have lost will be regained. And I am saying tonight every curse on you is broken in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) In place of every curse, I pronounce a blessing in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) How then do I open the door to dominion? It is very simple. Befriend God.  That's all. Once you and God are friends you will have dominion over every other thing. Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things … how many things? Through Christ who strengthens me. Romans 8:31 it says if God be for us who can be against us. If you become a friend of God's the door is wide open. The preacher who spoke first made one crucial point. Joseph wasn't the first nor. He wasn't the last-born, he wasn't the one that God even promised will be the ruler but he was the beloved. I know some people don't like me because I call God my Daddy. But He is my Daddy. I am His beloved. I know God loves me, more than He loves you. You don't agree? Who is the one that God loves the most here tonight? Let your Alleluia! be the loudest then! Alleluia!How do I befriend God? That's the crucial point… Thank You Father! The Lord said I should tell somebody here tonight, I will stand between you and the arrows of your enemies... God has spoken so … Daddy I'm not asking you not to speak any more but we want these people to get these important points now. Listen carefully. How do I befriend God? Number one. Learn to please Him in all your ways. Proverbs 16:7 When a man's ways please God, He will cause even his enemies to be at peace with him. David said, thou preparest a table before me - where? - in the presence of my enemies. That's dominion. To be able to enjoy even when your enemies are present, that is dominion. Some of us don't like some of our rulers but when they are coming, they clear you out of the road. That's dominion. Whether you like me or not I want to pass. You can speak after I'm gone but I want to pass, From now on, in the presence of your enemies, the Almighty God will prepare a table before you. Learn to please Him in all your ways. How do I do that? Learn to praise Him! Learn to praise Him. Psalm 22:3 The Bible says God inhabits the praises of His people. In Acts 16:25 to the end when Paul and Silas began to sing praises unto God in prison, the jailer became their servant. Those who threw them to prison had to come and beg them to go. That's dominion – when your enemies become your servants, that's dominion! When those who thought they were going to torment you for the rest of your life begin to come and beg you – that's dominion! How do I please Him! Obey Him! In 1 Samuel 15:22 the Bible says to obey is better than sacrifice. In Deuteronomy 28:1-13 read  it that's a great passage on dominion. It says: if you will hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, to observe and to do all that I command you this day, it said certain blessings will not just follow you, they will overtake you! And he began to list them. One of them is that enemies that rise up against you one way will flee seven ways! One of it is that you will never borrow but you w ill lend to nations. One of it is that you will be head you will never be tail! Another is that you will be above only, you will never be beneath! That's dominion. If you will obey Him.In Acts 13:22 God told us that the reason He picked David from being a shepherd boy and made him the king of a nation is because He has found somebody who will do all His will. Took him from being a shepherd boy and made him the king of a whole nation! Obey Him completely! Cooperate fully with Him! Work together with God, cooperate fully with Him. 1 Corinthians 3: 9 We are labourers together with Him. Do what God is doing! Love what He loves! Hate what He hates! And very soon you will find yourself in dominion.Trust Him! Trust Him completely. The Bible says in Mark 7:22-24 He says if you have faith in God you will have dominion even over mountains. You will say to this mountain, mountain be removed and be cast into the sea and it will obey you! Trust Him!Thank You Daddy! I've almost finished anyway. The Lord asked me to tell you a story. This story happened in 1974. There must be somebody God loves here tonight. Who is the fellow? Let me hear you say Amen loud and clear. To remind me of a story in 1974 because of somebody here that's something special. I went to Enugu to mark mathematics for WAEC. As I was returning a vehicle that brought me took me brought me to Onitsha and now I need another vehicle to bring me to Lagos. And I stood by the wayside trying to wave down any vehicle that would come. Buses were full. Private cars - they were just flashing past. The sun was just beating on my head. I was hungry, I was thirsty. After some time I said, what am I going to do now and it was getting late.  I saw a Mercedes 280. It was brand new. They call it 'obokun' in those days. I didn’t even want to wave because the smaller cars, the Volkswagen that I waved, didn't stop so… but I waved just for the fun. It just flashed past. And I said God please help me... And suddenly the car stopped far away and reversed. They said where are you going? I said Lagos. They said, that's where we are going. And there were only two of them – the driver and somebody in front. They said come in. And since the owners corner was the one nearest to me. I sat there. We drove. We got to Lagos. We branched at a petrol station to fill the tank. They said, oh Where do you live? I said, I live in Surulere, Adelabu St. but anywhere you drop me now, you have tried. They said, I will take you to your house, brought me right to my doorstep! And then I said, How much am I going to pay? He looked at me and laughed. You have the money to pay – you are standing by the roadside! They just waved and went away.The Lord asked me to tell somebody here tonight and the reason I'm telling you the story is that every miracle that had left you behind, will reverse. (Amen!) I think you should lift your hand to the Almighty God and just bless His holy Name for that. Father, I receive that too my Lord and my Saviour, blessed be Your Holy name! Thank You Jesus Christ! Thank You Lord! Thank You Lord!  Yes, go ahead and give Him a big round of applause for that. Thank You Lord! Thank You Lord! Blessed be His Holy Name Thank You Lord! Amen! Amen!How do I befriend God? How do I open the door to dominion? Please Him in all your ways. Learn to praise Him. Obey Him. Cooperate fully with Him. Trust Him and be holy. Be holy because Amos 3:3 says two can only walk together except they be agreed. 1 Peter 1:15-16 the Bible says Be ye holy for I am holy. Job 22:21-29 the Bible says if iniquity be in your hands put it far away from you, then you will decree a thing and it will be established to you. If you will stay away from sin you will live in dominion for the rest of your life. Finally, seek Him. Proverbs 8:17 God said, I love them that love me and they that seek me early shall find me. I love them that love me. If you will seek me early He said, you will find me. But when He says seek me it means seek me with all your heart. Psalm 34:10 it said the lions do lack and suffer hunger but they that seek the l shall not lack any good thing. Seek Him and you will have dominion in every facet of your life. Seek the giver and the gifts will follow. Seek the king of kings and you yourself will be a king. Seek the Lord of Hosts and you will never again lose a battle. Seek the One who said: the earth is mine and the fullness thereof. Seek the One who said, the silver is mine and gold is mine and you will never know poverty again. Seek Him and for the rest of your life you will live in dominion. Is there anyone here tonight who is yet to begin to seek Jesus Christ whole-heartedly?    Oh You are seeking healing, you are seeking prosperity, but are you seeking Jesus? Surrender your life to Him. Become His friend. And everything will change. My life changed when I gave my life to Jesus. And when I gave my life to Him, I gave it to Him completely. No pretense. That’s why to day I live in dominion. That's where I go anywhere I want to go, whether day or night, without being afraid of anybody! Because I have the Lord of Hosts as my friend. If you want to surrender your life to Jesus, if you want to become His friend, come now. I will count up to 10. By the time I count 10 if you are not yet here, I will just continue with the service. God bless you my brother you are welcome.This is your day of salvation. Come now. 2 … 3…. If God be for you, who can be against you! 4… but if God is against you who can be for you? The spiritual controls the physical. You want healing? It can only come after you have befriended Jesus. You want a breakthrough? It can only come after you have befriended Jesus. 5 .. Come and surrender your life to Him. 6…. Remember, as soon as I get to 10 I will know you don't want to come and then I will continue. And I know some of you are coming from a long distance so you better begin to hurry up now! 7 There is salvation in no other except the name of Jesus. When you surrender your life to Him, He gives you a new beginning. The Word of God says therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature! Old things have passed away, all things have become new! Those who have been dominating you will become people you will begin to dominate. Forces of darkness will not be able to bother you! The moment you surrender yourself to the One who is the Light of the World, everything will change. 7… The countdown now is getting close to the end, if you want to come, come now! 8… Those of you who are already coming, who are already in front, begin to pray, begin to talk to the Almighty God. Ask Him to be merciful to you. Ask Him to save your soul! Ask Him to be merciful to you. Ask Him to forgive your sins! Ask Him to wash away your sins in His blood. Promise Him that you will serve Him from now on! Ask Him to be your Saviour! Ask Him to be your Lord! Ask Him to come into your life and take over! 9… If you are still on the way you need to move now! The rest of us let's stretch our hands towards these people and pray for them – that the one who saved our souls will save their own also. Let's pray for them brethren! Let's intercede on behalf of all these people! Let's ask God to be merciful to them! That He will save their souls; that He will wash them clean in His blood and Write their names in the Book of Life! Those of you who are still coming up, hurry up now, hurry up before I pray! Brethren let's intercede for these people. Let's pray that the Almighty God will be merciful to them; that the Saviour of all mankind will save their souls! Pray for them brethren! Those of you who are still on the way - hurry up hurry up hurry up! I know you are coming from a long way but keep coming. Get here before I finish praying. Talk to the Almighty God Say, I have come to surrender my life Lord, have mercy on me! Have mercy on me! Have mercy on me! Save my soul O Lord! Cleanse me in Your blood tonight Lord! Father, You promised that whosoever will come unto You You will in no wise cast out. They have come to You now, receive them in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Forgive them in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Wipe away all their sins with Your blood in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Save their souls (Amen!) write their names in the Book of Life (Amen!) Beginning from today, let them begin to serve You! Now those of you who have come forward, I want to rejoice with you tonight. First of all let me hear you shout Alleluia! Alleluia! Now there are various reasons why I'm rejoicing with you. One, according to the Word of God because of you tonight Jesus is dancing in heaven! Because of you! That's good news. Then secondly, beginning from tonight, by the special grace of God I will be praying for you and very soon you will begin to see the impact of my prayer. (Amen!) That is why I would need your names, your address and your prayer request so I can continue to pray for you. So if you will follow this brother who is waving a piece of wood, he will lead you to where some Pastors are waiting. I want to live like a friend of God. I know that if I am Your friend the rest is easy. So Father, help me, give me the grace, the grace to do Your will; the grace to please You all the days of my life; the grace to be a true child of the living God; the grace to be a friend of the Most High – give to me O Lord! Give to me tonight! Thank You Father! In Jesus’ mighty Name we have prayed! (Amen!)Then lift your voice to Him and say Father, for the rest of my life, let me have dominion! Go ahead! Talk to the Almighty! From tonight onwards sickness will not dominate my life. (Amen!) If you believe that say it to yourself – sickness will not dominate my life; poverty will not dominate my life; sorrow will not come near my dwelling and from now on fear will not come near me at all. Beginning from tonight I will make rapid progress. There’ll be no more hopelessness in my family. If that is true of you let me hear you say Amen loud and clear. (Amen!)In December by the grace of God, we will have the Congress and the theme this year is the ultimate breakthrough. Everybody, anywhere in life, has at least one opportunity to have a breakthrough - At least one opportunity. Those who cease that opportunity they are the people who become great. Those who miss the opportunity they struggle and struggle and struggle. The Almighty God is giving each and every one of us yet another opportunity for a breakthrough. In December this year, the Ultimate Breakthrough and you must make sure number one – I know you will be there in your own case so no problem. Nothing is going to stop you in Jesus’ Name! but you must tell everybody, your friends, even your enemies that this is one programme they just must not miss and as usual let us advertise it the various methods we have been using in the past. Those of you who have the money for the cap you can use beautiful cap with all the details there so that they will know what you are advertising. Or you can make your own from a piece of paper. Write all the details there put it on. Those who see you will want to know what you are wearing. Or you can use the armband; you remember the one we wear across so that wherever you go people want to see what is it now that he’s wearing? They will read the information there. Or you wear the apron – the one working on my own hasn’t finished yet but you know the apron one you wear it front information, back information and wherever you go they are reading you from the back, they are reading you from the front. I told you how I used to do my own. When I wear my own, my driver will wear his own. We will go to a crowded place and stop there to buy boli. What I do is, I tell my driver, look for one that is not yet roasted, tell her this is the one I want so it will take a long time for that one to roast. Meantime people will be reading him because he’s wearing his own and meantime I will stand by my car pretending to read a newspaper while they are reading my own too. Or you could wear a badge like this, attach it to your chest. Anywhere you go when they see something new, something strange, they want to know what is there. If you find a vehicle that has not been washed for a while, write on it: Come to the Congress 12-17 December and they will find the details on their buses and cars when they come to pick it up. I’m sorry I didn’t look very well, my apron is ready. I was wondering. Anybody can make an apron of their own. Just get a piece of cloth, dig a hole in the middle, write information in the front, write it at the back and you are ready to advertise. If you have the money, print a lot of handbills and distribute to as many people as possible. If you can make big banners, if God has blessed you to that level, go ahead make big banners and spread it all over the town.  Get a blackboard, write the details there, put it at the junction of your house so that people could read and know that something great is about to happen in December. By so doing you are giving Jesus Christ a Christmas present and He will reward you richly in Jesus’ Name!. At a time to be announced in your various parishes there will be procession round your town. It’s a very good way of telling the whole world, I belong to Jesus and I want you to belong to Him too. Those of you with cars, you would drive in your cars and form a HG jam so everyone will know something is about to happen. As you do so the Almighty God will pay attention to your case. Now those of us who had already promised to support the Congress in one way or the other, this is the time so we can begin preparations in earnest. There is a song to go along with the Congress. So shall it be in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!)Time for ministration…..Your joy is just beginning. (Amen!) Sorrow shall no longer have dominion over you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Poverty will have no more dominion over you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Sickness will become a danger to you in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Your progress will be accelerated in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!). Every form of darkness in your life will disappear in Jesus’ Name! (Amen!) Let me hear you shout a really big Alleluia!You know the value of being able to get up and go wherever you want to go anytime you want to go. Anybody who had been paralyzed for just two days……. If that fellow has full restoration he will now how to praise God. The first testimony I was thinking that everybody will stand up and praise God because not only can that brother now move, thank God that I can move also. I thing somebody should thank God for that! And if you know what it is to be in the dark, to be blind! When you hear of somebody who had been blind whose eyes God opened, I think you should praise God! (Amen!) If you have a baby who has not been able to speak and the doctors have tried to help and they have spoilt the situation and then God intervened just by a single statement and the child begins to speak again, I think you ought to praise God. If they say you can never have a child because your belly is full of fibroid and you have lost hope and all of a sudden, fibroid or no fibroid, the Almighty God performed a miracle and you can carry your own baby, you should shout Alleluia! on that! If you have been born SS and your parents knew that with SS you can die any moment and the people who are supposed to love you are not paying attention because they know you’ll be going soon. And all of a sudden you heard a prophecy that the miracle of somebody will no longer be delayed and 2 weeks later the Unchangeable Changer has changed your SS to AA I think you ought to shout Alleluia! What a mighty God we serve!Alleluia! A mighty God!
