Father, please tonight, surprise everyone of us; just glorify Your holy name.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

Amen.

Thank You Father.

The Lord says that someone has been asking Him that if tonight is actually to be His night, that the first we should say is that ‘he will have testimony’. The Lord asked me to tell you, He has heard you and you will have a testimony.

Whoever that is, I rejoice with you.

Glory be to God.

So, how about shaking hands with one or two people and tell them: that can be me you know?

And then you may be seated.

Tonight, will be a glorious night in Jesus’ name.

Our text for tonight is from Psalm 30 from verse 1 to 5:

1I will extol thee, O Lord; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

(If you are grateful to God that the enemy has not prevailed over you shout hallelujah)

O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

What do will mean by Eve?

Without a long definition, I will just give you a simple illustration that will show you what mean by eve.

You know what happened when we say new year eve?

When will say this is new year eve; what we are saying is that, before the sun rises tomorrow, something remarkable, something irreversible, will happen.

You know, when we gather together and we say we are having cross over service, we call it new year eve.

We are saying before the sun rises something remarkable, some irreversible will happen.

That’s while by the midnight of the new year eve we begin to great one another, happy new year,

I know when you say happy new, you mean, you have entered a year the kind you have never seen before; you have said bye-bye to one year that can never be repeated.

I am believing God for someone tonight, before the sun rises tomorrow, something remarkable, something unchangeably good will happen to you.

What do we mean by glory?

I must have told you one time or the other that there are certain things that are difficult to define; and when will find such things we define them by their opposite.

When we ask you to define life; you would try, you will soon discover life is difficult to define.

Some of you will say: life is the art of living.

When we were in the primary school, they used to say a living thing is a thing that can move; then as we grow older will discover a try can’t move and yet it is alive.

To define glory therefore we have always used proverbs chapter 3 verse 35 – the passage that says, the wise shall inherit glory but shame shall be the promotion of fools.

So, you find wise on one side; fools on another side: glory on the side of the wise, shame on the side of the fools,

And so, the conclusion is simple, Glory is the opposite of shame.

Shame is easy to define because it is easy to find those things that can cause shame.

I will mention some of them and then we will look at these things very briefly to let you know what will happen to somebody before the sun rises tomorrow.

When we talk of shame, some of the things that can cause shame include incurable disease.

You will never find somebody who would come openly and say: everybody, do you know that I am HIV positive? They only say it after they have been healed.

Failure causes shame -

You will never find a student who would come rejoicing and shouting: praise God I fail all my papers.

Defeat can cause shame -

When the Nigeria Green Eagles won the world cup, they drove in a convoy from Ikeja all the way to Lagos.

When the following time they went to play and they were defeated in the either first or second round, nobody knew when they returned.

Another thing that can cause shame is reproach – an unpleasant thing in the life of somebody that cannot be hidden.

Another thing that can cause shame is destitution – when one is not just broke but he is below zero.

Another thing that can cause shame is sorrow.

Nobody lift up his head high when he is sorrow.

Another thing of course is retardation.

When you see your class mate graduating and you are still struggling with year one.

In the Name that is above every other name, by the time the sun rises tomorrow, everything call shame in your life will be gone forever.

Let me very quickly pick some of these ingredients of shame and see how God can turn them over to glory.

When you read Luke chapter 13 from verse 11 to 17, the Bible talks about a woman who was bent double for eighteen years; no matter how hard she tried she could not lift up herself, and no doctor could help her.

Whenever you see her coming you could feel the agony, the shame of being incurably sick.

You find another example in John 9 verse 1 to 25 tells us the story of a man who was born blind and she was the talk of the town,

And the disciples were asking, who sinned that this man was born blind – himself or his parent?

He was the talk of the town.

But in the two cases I have mentioned the Lord moved and within a very short period of time, their shame became glory.

So, if you are here tonight and you have a sickness, incurable, in the Name that is above every other name, before the sun rises tomorrow, the problem will be gone.

Let me move on, I have several examples I could give but let’s go on.

Another thing that could cause shame is failure.

Failure actually means, fruitless efforts; you tried, work hard; a student who fails an exam is not because he did not read, or because he was lazy,

And a very good example for that you could find in the book of Genesis chapter 16 from verse 1 to 5,

Sarah was barren not because the husband did not try but efforts after efforts fail, and Sarah thought maybe I should help God, she offered to give to the husband out of concern of the husband,

Let us try this my handmaid maybe you will succeed and have a son; and as soon as the handmaid became pregnant, she began to mock the mistress but God intervene as He is going to do tonight.

And a night came, just one night, in Genesis chapter 18 (read the whole chapter if you want; it is a good reading); just one night, and Abraham tried again and this time he succeeded.

I was so delighted at some of the testimonies of tonight.

I was delighted with the testimony of the woman who was fifty-something years old before the Lord moved, and at close sixty, the baby came.

I was delighted at those triplets; I saw you all standing and clapping when you saw failure, fruitless efforts terminated.

When God says I should tell that fellow that he will testify, your testimony will not be ordinary.

When God turns failure to success, He turned shame to glory.

Another thing that can cause shame is defeat.

This time you struggled, you failed because somebody blocked your way to success.

In Joshua chapter 7 from 1 to 6,

Thank You Father,

I think it is when this thing happen that the fellow concern will know.

The Lord asked me to tell someone that very soon you will hear somebody telling you the table is set; come and eat the food is already prepared.

In Joshua chapter 7 from verse 1 to 6, if you consider what happen in Joshua chapter 6 when the children of Israel shouted and the wall of Jericho fell, that was a moment of glory,

But the chapter that followed and went to fight a very small town and they were defeated, Joshua fell on his face.

In Judges chapter 16 from verse 18 to 30, after Samson was defeated, the man who was a champion became a prisoner; he was asked to be grinding corn for his enemies.

They even ask the champion of Jehovah to come and dance for idols - defeats brings shame.

But God still intervenes; the Bible tells us that the hair of Samson began to grow again.

Even though in the process he died, the Bible still said he killed more in his death than even in his life time.

May I decree to somebody here tonight, no matter how low things are your end will still be better than your beginning.

When we talk of defeat, if you look at John chapter 5 from 1 to 14, the Bible tells us a multitude at the pool of Bethsaida, there was a man who had been there for thirty-eight years,

When Jesus met and said to him will you like to be made whole?

You know, when he wakes up that morning, he was not expecting that an end will come to lying in the midst of incurable people,

But he said some, I have been going round and round, once a year, the angel will come and troubles the water and while I am going in, when I am struggling to get into the pool, somebody got in before me,

He said I am in my present situation because I was defeated again and again.

But glory be to God, that day when God intervened, he never had to struggle again.

I have goodnews for somebody, you will never fail again because you will never be defeated again.

And then, of course you know what we mean when we talk of reproach.

A reproach is basically just one thing that will reduce all your positives to negatives – something that will reduce all your achievements to nothing.

Classical example, in 2Kings chapter 5 from verse 1 to 14, every thing good that could be said about Naaman was said: he was a great man, he was a captain – commander-in-chief, he was honourable, he had everything; except he was a leper,

Of what use is all his victories, of what use is the fame when he couldn’t carry his babies to play with them because of leprosy.

A reproach is that thing in your life that causes people to say: you say you are serving God and you are still having this problem, where is that your God?

Thank You Father.

The Lord says there is someone here tonight that this story is exactly describing your situation; people are already saying where is your God? Daddy asked me to tell you ‘I will show up soon’. In fact, He asked me to tell you, ‘Relax, I will be on time’.

Thank You Lord.

Daddy asked me to tell someone that by the end of this month, you will whisper to your husband ‘my dear, at last, God has done’.

Naaman had a reproach, and because of that reproach everything in his live had no meaning until God stepped in.

There is something called destitution, when you have less than zero.

It is a terrible thing to be penniless, and you are not just penniless but you are heavily in debt, it is a difficult thing.

When you read 2Kings chapter 4 from verse 1 to 7, when the creditors came to the widow of a man of God and they said you don’t pay us within a short period of time, we will sell your children.

It is a terrible thing!

I know there are people who blame those who come to Jesus Christ hoping that He will make them rich,

Is not alright that your reason for coming to the Lord is so that you can prosper – that is not right.

But neither is it right that you should be serving God and be begging for food, it is not right.

That is while I have said it again and again, in the Name that is above every other name, you won’t die poor.

Where we need glory, if you are a well-known committed child of God and you cannot pay your house rent, where is the glory if the landlord comes to you and you say your God can do anything; then how come He has not been able to pay your rent?

It will be a shame to have yourself in that kind of situation.

The word of God is clear, a young do lacks and suffer hunger, but they that serve the Lord shall not lack any good thing.

I decree in the Name that is above every other name, for the rest of your life you won’t beg.

Another thing of course that causes shame is sorrow.

Thank You my Father and my God, and I want to say amen to that.

The Lord asked me to tell someone that very soon it will be evidence that you have not laboured in vain.

The text we read tonight says, weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

In the Name of the One who called me, I decree to somebody here tonight you won’t weep again.

You know the story in Luke chapter 7 from verse 11 to 15,

Thank You Daddy.

The Lord asked me to tell someone you will never be thrown into the den of lions again.

And He asked me to tell you the reason why. He said those who have thrown you into the den of lions before will not live long to do it again.

In Luke chapter 7 from verse 11 to 15, you know the story of the widow who lost her only son, I have used her example again and again.

There were people going with her, weeping with her, but many of those people who were weeping they were weeping crocodile tears,

They were already saying is she the only one that tragedy upon tragedy should be falling on her? Until God intervened and she never wept again.

Some of us know the agony of losing someone precious to you; we know the agony.

That is while I am believing God very very firmly that as result of tonight programme none of us we weep again.

And then of course there is something called retardation.

Retardation causes shame; it is not a good thing to be on one sport again and again.

When you read Acts chapter 3 from verse 1 to 8, you will find the story the one who was born lame, who was always laid at the beautiful gate of the temple begging.

They will carry him in the morning, dumped him at the gate and go, then come back and collect in the evening.

It is not a beautiful thing to remain retarded; it is not a good thing not to have promotion.

You see what happened when God intervened in his affairs.

The Bible tells us he got up, walking, leaping, praising God.

As God lives, even before the new year, your promotion will be accelerated.

You know, occasionally when I hear God speak to me and say there is someone here, and He saying some of things..., I only repeated because I know He is faithful; because some of them will challenge your faith.

Like the testimony you heard tonight, and probably the reason while only one fellow had that kind of testimony is because only one had enough faith to believe it.

When God says there is someone here your salary per month will be more than your salary per year.

That is not easy to believe. It is not easy to believe: to say to say to someone that what they are paying you now for a whole year, and God is about to move you to a level that what you earn in a month will be more than what you earn in a year.

A prophet who can prophesy that has to know who is talking to him.

Let me tell somebody here tonight, before this time next year, a bigger breakthrough than that will be yours.

Why?

Because we are talking about a God, the God of all flesh, the God with whom all things are possible.

One of my children is a missionary in a foreign land, shared a testimony with us.

The husband was pastoring our little church in a far away Island nation and the wife had to look for a job to supplement the little we can send.

And then all of sudden, the owner of the business where she was just a worker had observed that this girl is very honest, there is something about this girl.

So, one day when the old man, the owner of the business, decided that he wanted to relocate to his native land, he just called my little girl and said I handover the business to you.

If someone prophesy to you and say you are clerk but very soon you will be the owner of the business; you will wonder, how can it be?

I just pray that you will now my God, He is the All-sufficient God, He is the God of all flesh, there is nothing too hard for him.

And so, please take my word, before the sun rises tomorrow, anything called shame in your life will already be gone.

Now, just as there is an eve of glory, there can also be an eve of shame.

Just as shame can change to glory overnight; glory can change to shame overnight.

Let me just give you two quick examples:

One fellow called Gehazi, 2Kings chapter 5, read the whole chapter;

2Kings chapter 5 tells you the story of Naaman, how God change his shame to glory; how he came and brought money to the prophet Elisha and how Elisha says no I am not called to this one for money,

And hope some people are listening – those who are using their position wrongly to acquire money.

And how the one who brought the message to Naaman to say: my master said go and take your birth and you will be whole, became the patriot saint of lepers – he was assistant prophet, and he became the original patriot saint of lepers

We will take another example, a man called Judas Iscariot.

One night, he was seating at the table, at the same table as the Lord Christ surrounded by the other disciples; he was so close, he was seating next to Jesus Christ.

If you read the story in Johnn chapter 13 from verse 1 to 30, he was at that Passover meal, when Jesus Christ told the people somebody is going to betray me and he happened to be the man,

The Bible said, he went out from that place and it was night; and it was not long after that that he hanged himself.

The choice is yours; you can choose to move from shame to glory, and it can happen over night

And it is going to happen overnight tonight.

Or you can move from glory to shame, and it can happen overnight.

The choice is yours.

When you consider a man called Saul of Tarsus in Acts of the Apostles chapter 9, he was a persecutor of all the Christians, then he had an encounter with God, and the interesting thing was in that encounter he was blinded for days – and example of night

But after that encounter his life change so radically, he ended up becoming a chief Apostle,

The choice is yours.

The Almighty God can transform your life so mightily that by the time we come for the Congress and you are sharing your testimony, it will be difficult to stop the people when they are clapping,

But then the choice is yours.

The Lord Jesus Christ made a statement in Matthew 12 verse 30 says if you are not for Me, if you are not with Me, you are against Me.

There is not middle way about it.

You are either hundred percent a child of God or you are a child of the devil – no middle way.

So, I am going to give you an opportunity to decide tonight, I my going to be hundred percent with Jesus Christ, love Him whatever may come, serve Him, live a life of holiness, a life of purity,

Or are you going to say, well, let Jesus mind His own business and I will mind mine?

The choice is yours.

So, if you want to surrender your life to Jesus Christ, if you really mean business, I am going to count from one to twelve because I know some of you are very far away, before I say twelve make sure you are already standing in from the altar here.

Like I kept on saying, if you saying you are child of God but you are living like a child of the devil, stop deceiving yourself, he that is born of God does not sin; you cannot even sin because the seed of God is in him.

So, if you claim to be born again but you are not living the life and you want to change your mind and come to God for a real encounter.

One, two, three, four, five,

If you are coming from afar you have to move fast.

Six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven

Now, those of you who are on the way keep coming, I know you are far away, just keep coming, and pray along with those who are already in front.

Cry to the Almighty God and asked Him to have mercy on you; ask Him to save your soul, ask Him to wash you clean with His blood; promise Him that you will serve Him that you will do His will that by His grace you will leave according to the word of God.

Call on Him for help.

And the rest of us let stretch our hands towards this people and intercede for them that the One who saved our souls will save their own souls also; pray that the Almighty God will make them true children of the living God.

Intercede for them Brethren.

And those of you who are still on the way you have to hurry up now because I am about to pray for salvation.

Yes, I can still see one or two people on their way, hurry up, hurry up.

Thank You Jesus.

Make sure you get here before I finish praying because I must pray now.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

My Father and my God I want to say thank You. Thank You very much for Your Word, thank You very much for those have come forward tonight to give their life to You; Father, please remember your promise that whosever will come onto You, You will no wise case out; they have come now, please receive them in Jesus’ name. Have mercy on them in Jesus’ name. Let Your blood wash away their sins in Jesus’ name. Save their souls, receive them into the family of God, write their names in the book of life, and let them serve You till the very end. And Lord I pray they will never backslide. Anytime they cry unto You answer them by fire.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

Now, those of you who have come forward let me hear you shout hallelujah.

I did not hear you.

Those of you in front of me hear, let me hear you shout hallelujah.

I want to assure you that from now by the grace of God I will be praying for you so I am going to need your name, I am going to need your address, I am going to need your prayer request.

So, some Counsellors are already there with you collecting this information from you, as soon as you have given them the information you are free to go.

In the mean time, the choir for a few minutes to give the people the opportunity to give the information I need.

Thank you.

Now, maybe you want to write down your prayer points.

Number one, of course, you want to thank God by faith that at long last your eve of glory have come. So, thank Him that this is your own eve of glory.

Number two, you have to say: Father, for the rest of my life don’t let me know shame.

Number three, Father, please before the sun rises every sickness, every disease in my body, whether I know they are there or not, let them be gone.

Number four, you say Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, don’t let me ever know failure again.

Number five, Father, for the rest of my life don’t let me suffer another defeat.

Number six, Father, every reproach in my life, everything that is causing people to say where is my God, remove it tonight.

Number seven, Father, for the rest of my life, don’t let me beg human beings for help again.

And then just number eight, add your own prayer points.

The altar is open come and cry to the Almighty God. It is great night, pray!

Thank You Father.

Thank You Father.

Thank You Lord.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

My Father and my God, the All-Sufficient One, I thank You very much for bring this day to pass, because I know You have Your timetable for everything; but then Your word says You will arise and have mercy on Zion because the set time to favour has come; for all Your children here, and everywhere in the world they are connected to this service, let this be the night of favour.

Father, before the sun rises again, show this your people favour. Let their day of glory begin. In all their lives anything call shame remove completely. Let there be no more sorrow, no more failure, no more defeat, no more barrenness, no more stagnation, no more regrets.

Please Lord before sun rises the evidence that You have visited your people make it known. When in the future they ask any of us: when did your joy begin? Let them say November, 2025.

In Jesus mighty name we have prayed.

Amen.

Well let someone shout hallelujah.
